“This post office is located in downtown Puyallup. The building is old but the exterior looks nice though. I was able to park at the curbside. The interior was pretty clean. Customer service was great. When I arrived here there were a few people in line ahead of me. I was able to get assistance within a reasonable time about 25 minutes.”

“I went in the other day to mail 100 media mail items, thinking I could do so on the self-serve machine. I double checked with the woman behind the counter, and she said that unfortunately media mail packages couldn’t be processed with self-serve. She then patiently attended to my 100 envelopes by hand, typing in addresses, confirming destinations and applying labels. It took a long time, and she was really kind. Luckily, the post office had staffed two other attendants who handled the rest of the line, so no one had to wait to long to be helped.I grew up coming to this post office, and now back home, I’m happy to see that it’s the same kind and helpful service. Yes, sometimes it’s busy during holidays, but I’ve always experienced a lot of care here over the decades at this USPS location.”

“I think a lot of people don’t know how the mail system works. It’s not your local post office that processes the mail, they just deliver it. It’s all part of a nation wide cohesive unit. They do not have control of your mail getting lost!! However they can track it for you. Do your research and stop complaining.”

I’ll never forget i needed something for my birthday and it was during the ice storm in WA, i was really hoping i can get the package on that date. Due to Ivey roads the deliveries were delayed but the postal office was still opened and they helped me to intercept my package from the back and pick it up in the postal office since the delivery trucks weren’t going to make it out! No one wants this place to go on the way it operates one more day covid or not. Is it not up to our government to provide a better service an operate like were in 2020 not 1990. Our country is in how much debt an yet this place hasn't evolved like the rest of this state. All these politicians lining their bank accounts with our tax dollars, all our tax dollars being funneled off for personal gain an pleasure, look who pays for all that an gets what? Nothing.”
