“These guys have amazing deals on the tools and are always friendly and helpful. I always get a old school vibe of honesty and integrity about their business whenever you talk to them. Great example, I asked if they would be able to help me get a tool onto a rolling base as it would make life easier for me if it was on wheels. They said of course... when I showed up they had already installed it for me.”

“They have helped me on 2 projects now and I’m thankful I sourced this work to them. They have gone above and beyond. As a small business owner in a frenzy they really helped me meet my deadline and I greatly appreciate them.”

“The wait for gas was quick. The parking lot was busy coming in and out though. This location has more pumps than Tacoma, which is now closed for renovations until mid Aug. I'll be using Federal Way or Puyallup until they reopen. Glad the wait wasn't bad for a busy Sat afternoon compared to what it would have been if Tacoma had been open. Hoping the reno solves that problem.”

“David and Elizabeth are always so helpful and patient with us durning the quoting process and when we pick up our orders, Caleb in the warehouse is eager to help. He might be one of the genuinely nicest people you could ever meet. So enjoy working with this team and always appreciate the support they provide to my business… Thank You Kent CFM Team!!!!”

“Tyler, the supervisor in the red vest and hannah. That's training to be a supervisor they were so nice and i'm a tough customer, and I ask a lot of questions, and they were so patient and kind and costco was lucky to have them. Also, this is a really nice costco. I've been to some cost that suck. They're very woke, and that is not a turn on like I will purposely not spend my money at that cost, though, but this one is really nice. And I love it, keep up the good work”

“Thank you to the friendly and welcoming staff! I really love this Costco. It’s usually calm and not overly crowded. Of course, weekends are busier, but it’s still much less crowded than many other Costco locations. They always have a great selection of products in stock, and items don’t sell out as quickly as they do at the more popular locations. The food court is also very efficient—the service is fast, even when there are customers waiting. We always enjoy getting pizza and ice cream there. A big thank you to everyone who works at this location. Your hard work and great attitude make every visit a pleasant experience. You are the best!”

“The team that helps at the gas station are really helpful and friendly. The lane I was in today was a bit backed up. Turns out it was a car that needed to be jumped (in front of the pump🙈). The team made sure that those of us still in line were made aware, and then helped get the other car jumped and working again. Nice to see that they helped a lot with that persons situation and still were able to keep everyone else moving. Kudos and great job to them😊”

“I've used to buy products from these guys 20 years ago, stopped in the other day to get some stuff and Jeff, the owner came up and said Hi Bill. How have you been? They always gave me great customer service and advice. Have always been super friendly without the pretension you get most everywhere else. Just nice people, still.”

“Great place we frequent for Italian and other fun European imports and specialty foods and great bulk spices and flours. Fresh/frozen pastas including ravioli and tortellini are our family faves. And their incredible cheese counter, fresh feta and delicious olive selections are unsurpassed! We’ve shopped a lot in the North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco and Big John’s (PFI’s) selection is as good - or may I just say it - superior to many of the Italian shops there. Plus super friendly staff who really know their stuff here. Once we found our way to their new Dearborn location ( underground parking, then circuitous hallway leading to the store) we decided that although change can be difficult after 30 years of shopping at the same place, we actually really prefer the new store!”

“I like the prices, but hate the parking and traffic. They need a few employees out directing. Basket pickup is great, and they are always available at the front of the store.”

“Staff is friendly and have always been willing to help. Post surgery they even lifted my items into my car. Can get busy, so prepare for a longer line during that time. They have one line and just call next to whichever register is free, saving you from the which line is moving faster dilemma.”

“I love their patio mix I get at my local hardware store Johnsons hardware in maple valley.I have compared the price per pound from other stores for patio mixes and this is a great deal here. The birds at my house just devour it and being a patio mix no sprouts under the feeders. Thanks to Johnsons and Seed co. NW for a great deal and a great mix.”

“This isnt my usual Costco, had a lot of trouble finding things, walked around twice as much as I normally would. (A me problem) However, with that said, the sales associates were helpful. Parking is always a challenge getting in, but there was ample spots on a Saturday afternoon. If I knew the layout better, I would come more often, cheers to practice makes perfect shopping!”

“When you live in a frontier town, that's correct frontier and not rural, it is worth the hour plus drive to get there and do your shopping. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5, is because Montana has stupid liquor laws and so Costco cannot sell hard liquor. So, we miss out on all of Kirkland Signature Brand products.”

“This store is perfect for bulk purchases, large parties, school, work or tream events. Loads of food storage containers as well and you don't need a membership!”

“I woke up with a flat tire. I’m already dealing with a lot and this just added more stress. I was able to get to Costco and they filled the tire, no leaks could be heard. Got me in for an appointment a few hours later. They found nothing wrong and sealed the tire to make sure it was not going to cause any problems. I’m very grateful for how kind they were and quickly they were able to help.”

“This is great place to buy stuff in bulk. Just one concern! The PIT drivers are going fast which could be really dangerous while shoppers shopping in the same aisle.”

“Avi needs to chill i renewed my card since it was broken. Got it and told me to go all the way out into the entrance of the store. I took the chance to re new it since i was at checkout with my partner. She was waiting for me since we have our 6 month baby with us and cant push a heavy cart and stroller. He could have asked”
