“We just spent a spectacular week in early October exploring the Olympic Peninsula and the San Juan islands in Hazel. What a gorgeous part of the PNW! The whole experience from booking to pick up on Bainbridge through the trip and drop off was easy and convenient. Hazel provided us with comfortable driving, shelter and cooking with flawless performance. Westfalia vanagons are a fantastic way to travel and Washington State Parks are wonderful. We love PacWesty and can’t wait to return next year!”
“Excellent customer service! I don't live on Bainbridge but I got a flat tire and called Hockett & Olsen. The staff were super friendly and kind, and told me to come on over. They fixed the flat in about 20 mintues and didn't charge me anything. Highly recommend this place.”
“I am visiting the area, and driving a lot. The check engine light came on in my car, and of course I had to have it checked. They could not have been nicer and more accommodating. They took time out of their busy day to run a test on the car, did not make me drop it off or jump through hoops to diagnose the problem. I have never in my entire life been treated with such kindness at an automechanic shop. I cannot recommend this place enough. And their waiting area has good music and cool decorations! Highly recommend!!”

“Brought my 6 month old Jeep Grand Cherokee ( my baby) because I put a pretty good scratch on the rear bumper. They did an excellent job at a very fair price and on schedule. You’d never know it was scratched. Paint matched perfectly. I highly recommend them. ??”

“I have been coming here for almost 20 years for service of our vehicle, which most recently is a Mercedes. They are better priced than bringing the car in to the dealer in Seattle and I save the time and expense of the ferry back and forth. They also have a person who shuttles me back at our home while the service is being done. Highly recommended.”
