“I have been using Ty for all our audio visual needs for over 3 years now. Ty and his team helped us clean up all the technology in our house (cable, wifi, television and full house audio). We have a robust wifi system that is secure and provides coverage throughout our home.. We can FaceTime or zoom from any room in the house. He also installed a complete Sonos system which I am not sure how we ever lived without.. I would highly recommend Ty and his team for any of your audio visual or home technology needs.”

They took the time to answer questions, made the process easy, and created a welcoming experience. I originally went to the Bremerton location while trying to switch one of my lines from Verizon, but the experience there wasn’t very welcoming and I decided to leave. Glad I ended up coming to Port Orchard instead because the difference in customer service was night and day. Definitely appreciate the professionalism and support from the whole team.”

“Soooo much better than the one on Avalon/35th. This one is fully stocked, EBT available, cash using your debit card available at checkout, no obvious electrical or plumbing issues. The one at Avalon/35th has their freezer broken more often than not, no EBT, no cash at checkout, plumbing issues resulting in dangerous large puddles on the floor, prices not accurately marked, and never properly stocked. I wish I lived closer to THIS 7-11.”

“I came into this T-Mobile store today after having several issues with my phone and service. Most of the T-Mobile team members I worked with were patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and I appreciated the way they treated me. The exception was Eric. His manner toward me was unpleasant enough that I considered leaving. However, I needed help and knew I couldn’t just walk away. If I had needed to work with Eric the entire time, I would have canceled my T-Mobile service. I especially want to thank the manager and the team member who spent the most time helping me. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. They were both kind, patient, and professional. I’m still giving this store five stars because the other team members treated me well and provided good customer service. Thanks, guys!”

“This location is very well-run and the employees are extremely outgoing and nice. One time my card accidentally got charged twice (through my own fault I picked up the scanner and scanned my app twice) and Paul took down the receipt, remembered who I was, and helped me get a refund next time I came in 4 days later. I greatly appreciate that assistance and for Paul going above and beyond to help me out. All the employees here have been super nice and friendly and this is probably the most well run Seven-Eleven within the Seattle area!”

“Purchased a couple airsoft replicas at this pawn store with my father. They don’t have many, but they are definitely worth a look when they do have some in stock. Employees are very supportive and are willing to help you out with items behind the counters and in display cases. They also have electronics, instruments, tools, game discs/DVDs, and some good bikes for its price. I will definitely come around occasionally to look at more amazing deals. It’s like an upgraded Goodwill 👍”
