“Been here for like almost 10 years now they want me to go T-Mobile I don't know why it's 3rd month now I pay the bill and they try to move me to T-Mobile .The old staff was really nice Dee was helping us like 6 years now but now I am scared to go to store because all they say is move to T-Mobile and get free iPhone I don't want anything there is a reason I got metro so I don't want contract. I am giving 5star because they always help me but I don't like this new idea of moving

My rig was lacking sound with the "so called" premium set up it had coming from the dealership. Nothing was premium prior to my pit stop of stereo warehouse.This whole crew was positive vibes. “I just wanted to thank Swathi for taking care of me on my visit. Everyone in this location is absolutely amazing and sweet, all was sooo super welcoming. Swathi did an amazing job , I was looking forward to getting a phone that day because I had AT&T that was charging me $400 a month. I was 100% ready for a change and not get scammed anymore lol
Swathi understood my situation and showed me multiple options and pulled out multiple quotes, really took her time to find what’s best for me and on top of that she is such a doll and has an absolutely amazing personality , loved our conversation overall as well. She gave me some water which was also so sweet of her!!
I’m also a victim of Identity theft and she made me feel comfortable about it and understood. Lots of places tend to treat me weird when they find out and I never understood why, the situation I’m still dealing with has bought me a lot stress already. Swathi did everything to confirm everything with no issues as well and this whole experience just made me really happy. It was the best service I had so far living in Seattle for 3 years! “I've been in the shop a few times in the last few years and purchased a Rega turntable and phono preamp in 2020. Each of my visits were with a friend of mine who has been a customer for many years who pre-arranged our visits. Connon has been amazing setting up multiple options and swapping out components so we could listen to the differences in various turntables, preamps, amps, speakers, subs, etc. for my listening room project which I hope to complete this year (summer 2024). Although I haven't personally taken advantage of his offer yet, Connon is willing to buy back equipment for upgrades (less than full price). This lowers the cost and burden of experimentation on the journey to build an amazing audiophile listening experience. Four years in and I'm still super happy with my Planar 6 turntable. Connon gave me a great deal on a demo model with a pre-installed Ania moving coil cartridge on which I've played hundreds of records. I don't know of a better place to shop in Seattle for HiFi sound equipment. Note: I noticed a handful of reviews complained about the hours (not open Sunday-Tuesday), lack of immediate personal greeting, or a verbal caution when interacting with expensive equipment like a $5K cartridge. I haven't experienced the same, but I've only been to the store on pre-arranged visits when we knew Connon would be here. That said, I don't compare this store with a typical "walk in, buy something, and leave" store that's open every day, has prices marked on everything, but virtually no expertise to help you make the best purchase decisions. With a little patience, you can get the most personalized service available, great deals, and fantastic products. Highly recommend!”

He assessed my needs & quickly offered a promotion (that wasn’t mentioned at the other location) & quickly (but thoroughly) processed my order. Took no more than 15 min., offered a few options, but appreciated that he didn’t push the upsell. He even suggested a hack: (screenshot my confirmation so I can quickly reference my order#). Hear me out: staff like Henry is the reason my family remains committed customers to T-Mobile! Outside of the (somewhat) parking configuration, we’ll certainly be back (if we can’t figure it out on our T-Life app, of course…)”
