“Been here for like almost 10 years now they want me to go T-Mobile I don't know why it's 3rd month now I pay the bill and they try to move me to T-Mobile .The old staff was really nice Dee was helping us like 6 years now but now I am scared to go to store because all they say is move to T-Mobile and get free iPhone I don't want anything there is a reason I got metro so I don't want contract. I am giving 5star because they always help me but I don't like this new idea of moving

“I just want to say thank you to the person named Austin for helping me at the store this past week. They were great at explaining all the keyboard options I wanted to ask from the actual source of the company. I hated my experience recently with Best Buy and didn't want to give them any of my business especially since I have built up my current Pc set up with a bunch of Razer gear. They helped me with the mouse and purchasing from on the web and in store. Great customer service and I will now be coming to this store for any Razer products and recommended my friends to come visit this place as it is really a hidden gem. I did not know that Razer had a store in seattle at all.
Love the customer support and return and exchange policy they have. They also price match against the competitor which is nice so you can give them the business over the retail stores who just push boxes. If you want a great experience and want to be around a bunch of enthusiasts who live and breathe what we do outside our 9-5 and enjoy the pc gaming and tech world like we do, come here. Austin was great but every one in the store was also great when I had seen them interact with other customers as well.
This also participates in product exclusive drops that I did not know about! Be on the look out for that as well.

Huge store, Biggest selection I’ve seen, multiple freezers of every film stock you’d want. A gentleman upstairs helped me put together everything I need to develop film at home, walked me through the process and didn’t upsell me on anything at all. Been back a few times now”

My rig was lacking sound with the "so called" premium set up it had coming from the dealership. Nothing was premium prior to my pit stop of stereo warehouse.This whole crew was positive vibes. Very knowledgeable in the industry having grandfathered amps plastered on the wall taking you back in time to the latest systems you can dream of. Showed me around the shop with all the set ups they had and took care of me like I was one of their own brothers. “I came into this T-Mobile store today after having several issues with my phone and service. Most of the T-Mobile team members I worked with were patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and I appreciated the way they treated me.
The exception was Eric. His manner toward me was unpleasant enough that I considered leaving. However, I needed help and knew I couldn’t just walk away. If I had needed to work with Eric the entire time, I would have canceled my T-Mobile service.
I especially want to thank the manager and the team member who spent the most time helping me. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. They were both kind, patient, and professional.
I’m still giving this store five stars because the other team members treated me well and provided good customer service. Thanks, guys!”

“Best 7/11 I've been able to find in greater Seattle. They are actually open 24/7, they have gas, the place is always clean and rarely has a homeless issue. The daytime staff is incredible but the nighttime, Vikki, goes above and beyond and makes people feel like it's midmorning even in the middle of night.
I live in the area and routinely walk and frequent the location. There is no trash, homeless, and the staff is superb. Definitely recommend.”
