“I live in Florida and was looking on line for a piece of vintage audio gear, and Hawthorne Stereo shop offered a piece I was looking for. Sent an email, and first, I must say that their follow up and attentiveness to responding to emails is exceptional. Felt very comfortable in giving the sale a chance, and they did not disappoint. If Fair pricing, quality service, follow up and customer satisfaction is what you are looking for, they excelled in every aspect. I am very happy that I found this business, even though it is a long way from my residence, I have NO reservations about a 10 star recommendation. Thanks again Hawthorne Stereo, you guys ROCK!!!!”

“This store is fantastic if you need a stereo or high end music setup. From the street it looks totally unassuming, and the front alcove reinforces that, just a jumble of random, ancient audio tube based amplifiers (the owner knows how to repair these). But in back he has a lot more equipment. The main thing is that this guy is totally focused on stereo equipment and knows a huge amount. We just needed a little speaker for a single living room area, and he had just the right suggestion. But by the time I left I was convinced that even for a very fancy high end music studio, I would come here!”

“Really cool video game store. They have a decent amount of international games compared to other places I've been. They also have a few other stores in the area, which increases their selection if you don't see a certain game right away. Employees are helpful and friendly.”

“Daniel really helped me out big-time. Came in looking for extension tubes and he found me a used set for a really great price. Huge store, Biggest selection I’ve seen, multiple freezers of every film stock you’d want. A gentleman upstairs helped me put together everything I need to develop film at home, walked me through the process and didn’t upsell me on anything at all. Been back a few times now”

“I just want to say thank you to the person named Austin for helping me at the store this past week. They were great at explaining all the keyboard options I wanted to ask from the actual source of the company. I hated my experience recently with Best Buy and didn't want to give them any of my business especially since I have built up my current Pc set up with a bunch of Razer gear. They helped me with the mouse and purchasing from on the web and in store. Great customer service and I will now be coming to this store for any Razer products and recommended my friends to come visit this place as it is really a hidden gem. I did not know that Razer had a store in seattle at all. Love the customer support and return and exchange policy they have. They also price match against the competitor which is nice so you can give them the business over the retail stores who just push boxes. If you want a great experience and want to be around a bunch of enthusiasts who live and breathe what we do outside our 9-5 and enjoy the pc gaming and tech world like we do, come here. Austin was great but every one in the store was also great when I had seen them interact with other customers as well. This also participates in product exclusive drops that I did not know about! Be on the look out for that as well. The products I bought were the Naga V3 Pro Mouse Razer V4 Pro 75% OLED Wireless Keyboard Razer Chroma Mouse Pad #Teamrazer moving forward now!”

“I just want to say a huge thanks to Mannie, Gene, Jake, and Button( hope I spelled the names correct) for getting me all fixed up a few weeks ago. My rig was lacking sound with the "so called" premium set up it had coming from the dealership. Nothing was premium prior to my pit stop of stereo warehouse. This whole crew was positive vibes. Very knowledgeable in the industry having grandfathered amps plastered on the wall taking you back in time to the latest systems you can dream of. Showed me around the shop with all the set ups they had and took care of me like I was one of their own brothers. Prices couldn't be beat nowhere, but i can't put into words the hospitality they shared with the excellent customer service. I came from many zip codes away, and it was so worth the extra commute.”

“Katie went above and beyond our expectations. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience and received the best value from T-Mobile. What made our experience even more special was that Katie speaks perfect Mandarin. Being able to communicate with her in our native language immediately made us feel comfortable and connected. She took the time to understand our needs, helped us find a great deal on a new cellphone, and even went the extra mile to help transfer our data and applications to the new phone. Thank you so much, Katie, for your kindness, patience, and exceptional customer service. You made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable, and you truly left a warm and lasting impression on us. We really appreciate everything you did!”

“I’m a 90 year old clod most adept at screwing up devices. I would be without devices: 3 apples, 1PC plus a new Kobo reader and 2 LG tablets with the help from the TMobilers who have solved problems and taught me generously and well in more than a dozen visits in the last decade.”

“My last experience at this store was absolutely amazing. To say customer service was the number one. Focus is an understatement. Zi and Gabriella went out of their way to make sure that I walked out with a phone after mine was stolen. I was in desperate need since everything was attached to my phone and I didn’t have my wallet anymore either. Thank you to Zi and the staff… You guys are absolutely amazing and I look forward to coming in again soon when I need to upgrade.”

“Specifically this review is in thanks to Zeus, who worked through a very complicated problem with me for over an hour. Other T-Mobile representatives at this store would have told me I needed to wait 72 business hours and come back if I still had problems. Zeus was persistent and kept working to problem solve and amazed me by not giving up and treating the problem as if it were his own. Thank you so much for excellent customer service!!”

“I came into this T-Mobile store today after having several issues with my phone and service. Most of the T-Mobile team members I worked with were patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and I appreciated the way they treated me. The exception was Eric. His manner toward me was unpleasant enough that I considered leaving. However, I needed help and knew I couldn’t just walk away. If I had needed to work with Eric the entire time, I would have canceled my T-Mobile service. I especially want to thank the manager and the team member who spent the most time helping me. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. They were both kind, patient, and professional. I’m still giving this store five stars because the other team members treated me well and provided good customer service. Thanks, guys!”

“Byron was very personable, funny and a great salesman. I went in to buy a new phone after damaging my old one and he helped me know my options (explaining I had insurance/coverage on the phone and how to make a claim) and the deals available with my new phone. When it was taking forever for my information to transfer he was flexible in allowing me to leave and return. I got my new phone and everything is solved. Great experience!”

“Soooo much better than the one on Avalon/35th. This one is fully stocked, EBT available, cash using your debit card available at checkout, no obvious electrical or plumbing issues. The one at Avalon/35th has their freezer broken more often than not, no EBT, no cash at checkout, plumbing issues resulting in dangerous large puddles on the floor, prices not accurately marked, and never properly stocked. I wish I lived closer to THIS 7-11.”

“I went here to get some parts to install a new deck in my Jeep. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable (not to mention very friendly) and helped me get the things I needed right away. They let me open the packaging and walk it out to my Jeep to make sure the parts were correct and would fit, which I appreciated since I am a novice when it comes to this stuff. They even gave me a few wire connectors for free! I would highly recommend Speakerlab to anyone who needs parts for a car audio upgrade.”
