“This store is always clean and bright. It is also easy to get in and out when you just need to grab a thing or two. It's never been busy when I have to run in which makes it easy to get what you need quickly. The staff has always been very helpful and nice to the customers. I always enjoy myself when I get to shop at this store. I would recommend this store to anyone I know as being a great place to go and shop.”

“11/11/25: Today I came specifically to purchase bird seed. I couldn’t find a display for bird seed in the Pets section. An employee said it was moved to the rear of the store near Christmas items. I couldn’t find it there either. Another employee called his partner to ask for a specific location. She said it would be in Pets. I gave up and went to check out my remaining 2 items. At the register I noticed a busy woman with a badge & vest who appeared to be in charge. I told her about my experience. She called a partner after verifying there was one bag of bird seed left in a back room & asked her to fetch it. I worried about holding up the line but she instructed the cashier she would provide a sku number to key in with my other purchase. A few minutes later, here comes the employee with the bird seed, which the woman in charge directed should be given to me. That woman’s name is Hitomi and I now know why she is in charge. She was gracious under the pressure of a very crowded store, and demonstrated the epitome of good customer service!
My only suggestion to the store: bring back bird seed and locate it where it’s always been - in PETS.”

“This is a very large and well stocked Exchange. Clothes prices are good on normal high priced high end items. You can also get furniture here. The computer inventory is ok, a long with the TVs.”
