“I had such a great customer service experience at this Best Buy. For weeks, I'd been going back and forth with a Geek Squad at a different location and Apple to try to resolve an issue with a MacBook I'd bought through the Best Buy Open Box program that hadn't been properly deactivated before I purchased it.I recently moved to the area and decided I would try to get help for this issue in store one last time - the general manager, Rob, resolved the issue that I'd been having for weeks in fifteen minutes. He immediately got the frustration that I was experiencing and made the situation right. He had trouble processing the return in the regular way, but instead of just sending me away like the other store had, he made sure I got the right in-store credit so I could get a new laptop that day of equivalent value and was so helpful in resolving a situation that had been causing me so much stress. I can't express my gratitude enough for his kindness and professionalism in helping me resolve an unexpected issue!”
