“My iPad stopped charging and I couldn't transfer files to my new iPad. As a musician playing with multiple bands, orchestras and theaters, I had roughly 1500 music files on my old iPad. They were able to get the one charged up long enough to change passwords and then walked me through transferring all my data to my new iPad. They charged me less than if I has bought the parts online and they were very courteous. Thank you.”
