“The service for both I and a family member at another location had been fantastic. As an internet networking veteran on the customer side, specifically data center related, I've literally never had this sort of communication and responsiveness from any other company I have ever worked with.”

“Had a great experience at the T-Mobile store in Port Orchard. The team provided excellent customer service, and the store manager was especially helpful throughout the visit. They took the time to answer questions, made the process easy, and created a welcoming experience. I originally went to the Bremerton location while trying to switch one of my lines from Verizon, but the experience there wasn’t very welcoming and I decided to leave. Glad I ended up coming to Port Orchard instead because the difference in customer service was night and day. Definitely appreciate the professionalism and support from the whole team.”

“I came into this T-Mobile store today after having several issues with my phone and service. Most of the T-Mobile team members I worked with were patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and I appreciated the way they treated me. The exception was Eric. His manner toward me was unpleasant enough that I considered leaving. However, I needed help and knew I couldn’t just walk away. If I had needed to work with Eric the entire time, I would have canceled my T-Mobile service. I especially want to thank the manager and the team member who spent the most time helping me. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. They were both kind, patient, and professional. I’m still giving this store five stars because the other team members treated me well and provided good customer service. Thanks, guys!”
