“This Jiffy Lube change their policy, you need to get out of your car and stay in the office. They need a coffee station and need to crank up the heat - its wintertime - if we are to leave our cars. The employees were very, very nice and helpful. Employees were professional, patient and thoughtful - even though they were 1/2 crew short (that would be naturally stressful). The employees agree a coffee station would be awesome. Those are the perks to ensure you have a full crew and half just don't bone out on their shift. I've used other Jiffy Lubes, like in Bellevue, and they let you stay in your car. I'll give West Seattle Jiffy Lube another try (I like the employees) in 3 months and see what's what. No coffee and the office (an empty room with some chairs) is still uncomfy, then management is basically asking us to go elsewhere with our business without actually saying it.”
