“The customer service and lounge are enough for a 5 star review. Not only do they have coffee but they have tea, water and snack. Plenty of seating and tables. Wifi and charging stations available at each table. They even have loaner cords available. I will definitely be coming back here since I have to wait while my car is being serviced.”

“Great experience and service. Fast, reliable, & friendly. Squeezed me in on a very busy day for inspection & made the repair quicker than anticipated. Thank you!”
-

“This location and its staff truly put the customer first! I came in Friday for an oil change and tire rotation. I decided to also let them replace the back wipers and one of the air filters. After running to O’Riley’s and (I’m deciding to blame O’Riley’s) getting given the incorrect replacement, it took a little extra time during my appointment: but the manager and staff were apologetic and cut me a deal due to the longer-than-expected experience. Their willingness to prioritize my experience makes this location absolutely worth visiting! Thank you!!”

“I’ve been to this Jiffy Lube location several times, and I’ve always had a great experience with the entire team. They consistently do a great job and are always friendly, professional, and helpful. Most recently, my car started smoking and even though it wasn’t something they were able to repair, they still went out of their way to help me find a place that could fix it and helped me figure out how to get my car there safely. I really appreciated that they took the time to help me even when it was outside of the services they provide. Amazing customer service every time. I definitely recommend this location and the whole team!”

“Jesse and the team are communicative and transparent about pricing. I used to have my Audi serviced down the hill, at a different German shop. That was until I was quoted an arm and a leg for some one-off items (>20% of residual value on the car). Loyal Automotive on the other hand is very easy to work with, guided me through the difference in quality across various parts, and ultimately making me one happy customer. Thank you again for the service, see you guys next time!”

“Every time I take my car here, the staff go beyond the minimum in customer service and care for my vehicle. Whether it's a routine oil change or helping me to investigate mysterious sounds, the guys at Jiffy Lube make sure me and my car are safe for the road. If there's a line to get your car serviced, it's because these guys are the best - it's worth the wait!”

“I always come here when I need an oil change! Everyone has always been so kind and welcoming and I know I can rely on them to be honest and not pushy (which has kept me from other places in the past!). They're also very accommodating even when they're busy and have a long wait. Y'all are all gems, thank you for your hard work!”

“I came in for an overdue oil change today and was greeted with friendly faces. They checked my lights and found my right break light was out and December 2025: I hadn't a clue. They offered to change my wipers and showed how poorly they looked and let me know they had a 50% off sale today. I got my wipers changed, my light fixed, my oil change done, and my tire air checked. I feel set and ready for the road for my new job tomorrow! Aug 2026: Still a great location. Greg took great care of my car today. He asked to check the passenger air filter and nobody has ever asked before. Turns out there was a mouse nest in it! He got it all out and once I left, my fan made a rough noise so I returned right away. He investigated and some of the mice nest debris got stuck in the fan. He cleared it out for me any my car was back to normal. AC is working much better now too! Thanks so much Greg! Idk why it doesn't let me post 2 separate reviews. Lame.”

“As a first time customer, I had a wonderful experience here. Last night, after learning that my battery was down to only 9% of its original capacity, I sent an email inquiry at the last minute. Joey responded after business hours and was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful. I really appreciated that. I brought my car in this morning, and just two hours later I received a text letting me know it was ready for pickup. The entire process was smooth and stress free. I also really appreciate that they stay open later than many other shops. Life is busy, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find businesses that are willing to accommodate customers’ schedules. That flexibility made a real difference for me today. Thank you to Joey and the team for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy. I’ll definitely be coming back.”

“Took my car to Doctor Don’s Automotive and had a great experience. Aleks was super helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced. He was honest, answered all my questions, and never made me feel like I was being upsold. They do really good work, their prices are fair, and they got everything taken care of without any hassle. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust these days, but I'm definitely come back here and recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.”

Michael was the guy that initially helped us out but everyone there is awesome. Great experience”

“German is a very professional and knowledgeable salesman. He was able to get us a test drive in a vehicle for a same day appointment. We weren't able to close in on a deal that day. The next morning he was very communicative and we were able to close in on a deal on a vehicle primarily over the phone/text. Vehicle was purchased that same afternoon and we were out the door within the hour.”

With my 305/25/20s they were able to put them on with ease giving excellent and fast service, with that i was able to make my deadline for a show my rig had to be in. Ill see these guys for any other future services. Thanks again!”
