People at front desk were nice, rental was in good condition. But the staff in the garage was rude, and they charged me $125 afterwards for cleaning, however I returned the car in very clean condition and I have been using other rental services like National or Alamo, they do not charge such cleaning fees.

I rented from several Avis locations and this place is my favorite so far. The lady who works on Saturdays is very quick, helpful and friendly.
