BECU is a not-for-profit credit union where members have access to better rates, fewer fees, and free financial guidance. The staff is consistently described as very friendly, personable, down to earth, and customer focused. Associates are helpful with services like car payments and cashier's checks. This location is a great branch and a great place to do banking, especially for those tired of big banks, their fees, and lack of service. While the location is smaller and parking can be a bit of a headache, the overall experience is highly positive.
All the staff are warm and quick to serve at this branch! I got copies of my statements for 2025 in less than 10 minutes. It was nearly closing time but you wouldn't have known it. Marlena Love

I went to the Bellevue office and was astounded at the most gracious level of care by Ben Hartman! Absolutely amazing and he was so patient! Wonderfully proud to be a member of such a great institution!
