“I had a very great consumer experience at this store tonight with the employees assisting me, and answering questions I had. I had a good transaction too. I work as a manager at a different store in that exact mall at Bellevue Square, so from my perspective, I would say the only thing that would be a detractor is the employee who was ringing up my transaction. He appeared to have a slight ego that came across in the way he was speaking which wasn’t allowing him to be his true authentic self, and it could have been the circumstance of him being unconsciously aware of the cocky nature he was presenting. He was a good guy, but not very authentic. Experience was good overall nonetheless.”

Sometimes Italian leather goods and one of a kind Peruvian jewelry pieces are added to the mix. My personal weakness are the Italian leather goods. You won’t be disappointed!”

“I had such an amazing experience at Banana Republic in Bellevue thanks to Ali. From the moment I walked in, Ali went above and beyond with customer service and hospitality.
He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. Shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Ali made the entire experience enjoyable, seamless, and welcoming.
If you’re visiting the Bellevue location, I highly recommend asking for Ali, you’ll be in the best hands!

“I had come in to make some in-store returns and had the distinct pleasure of being assisted by Brittany, who should absolutely be commended for the job she is doing.
She is professional but personable, highly knowledgeable & skilled but down-to-earth, helpful but not pushy, and overall just extremely on her game.
And Brittany also made me feel like a king while I was trying some items on, ensuring I had every last piece of knowledge I would need to make an informed decision prior to purchasing, making helpful/practical suggestions along the way, without being overbearing. She even made sure I got the Black Friday price of a full price item, even though the sale hadn’t technically started yet!

Understandably, less inventory can be kept on hand or on display. However, Jailene was lovely enough to transfer in a colour for me to try on before making my firm decision over a few visits without pressure, something I greatly appreciate.Many associates in the States are often overbearing, leading my family and I to prefer shopping overseas where assistance is present, but provided only if requested. Jailene was perfect in finding a balance and I do recommend seeking her out if you are ever looking to purchase in-store.”

“This is high end franchise but I felt like service could've been better well done, especially at the door. We opened it and the security guard attempted to close it while explaining that the store was full. We waited around and a family of five soon came out after. We thought that we could make it into the store since our group was the same size, but the security person still seemed hesitant. He went in and asked and came to the door and nodded implying that the door could be opened, rather just opening it for us at this point. Anyhow, the experience inside was exceptional. We were greeted quickly and found something we liked, it had the style where it made the waist smaller, except only in size 0 and not 1. We were told that they could order it for us, however, if a return was to be made, since it is ordered online, that we would get only store credit instead of the full refund. Was there for about an hour trying on things and they were super patient with us even though we didn't get anything there.”
