I don't get why a high end store would have a crew that:1. Cant speak English well2. Rude3. Look at you like you shouldn't be in the store because your wearing shorts and vans but they could not recognize the 200K patek philippe watch.4. Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Its like its demonic, not kidding.

They were all nice and helped me find what I was looking for. Joshua and Alex found my husband a coat. He was very happy with it when I brought it home.

My first time in the store was very bad. I asked if there would be discounts in Thanksgiving or Christmas. The sales said "never" with an attitude. But after I bought from the store, each re-visiting was pretty good. I think they are treating people differently depending on if he/she is an actual potential customer.
