I own a small business and bank with First Citizens through my business. I've been really happy with their service. They know who I am, I get personalized treatment, they were incredibly helpful with my PPP loan and their rates on loans have always been fair. I definitely recommend them as a friendly bank

First Citizens, especially the Bellevue branch has ALWAYS gone out of their to give us stellar customer service. I highly recommend them. Their commercial mortgage division is also wonderful to work with too.
