Geek Squad at Best Buy offers repair, installation and setup services on all kinds of tech. Customers can get computer, tablet, TV, home theater, car stereo, GPS, cell phone, and home appliance help. In one visit, a wonderful lady transferred data from a Google Pixel 6A to a Google Pixel 9A, helped find a case and put the screen protector on. Another customer walked in with a small laptop problem and the tech fixed it right away while being friendly. A third customer was seen right away, the tech was very friendly, approachable, and worked hard to resolve the issue. When the computer was too old to fix, the tech did not charge and pointed the customer to a business that could help.

Walked in with a small technical issue on my laptop- they weren't busy, so they fixed it right away AND were super friendly while they did it!

This location needs to add a person whose only job is to hand out the completed repairs. It is ridiculous to wait in line while people getting repairs done are being helped. Very poor service. Very poorly planned.
