“I had an issue and called 611. My call was answered pretty quickly and the lady stated she would access my account and help me. After I gave her a code she sent to my phone, she said she would put me on hold and be right with me. 30 minutes later, my call ended up going to a survey line. I didn't leave a very high rating and another lady came on the line and apologized that I hadn't been happy with the assistance I had received. She asked what caused me to rate the service so low. After explaining, she apologized again and immediately jumped into my account to assist me. After an hour of hard work on her part, we were able to fix the issue. I asked her to send me back to the survey again so I could give her a rating. She said it is only one survey per call. So I am leaving a review and I hope Metro sees it and gives her the raise or promotion she deserves. Her name is Brandy M. from the Escalations department.
