“Amazing gym with helpful coaches, and inclusive crowd. I was always scared to try a cross-fit style workout but it’s been an incredible experience. You can be competitive if that’s for you, but it’s also accessible to all if you’re new, or simply like moving at your own pace. I’ve spent the past couple years going to various cross-fit gyms around the country and rep room is top notch.”

“Sweat Circuit in downtown Bellevue is so hard and so fun. Coaches Rachel, Caleb and Amber do a great job demonstrating the exercises and also motivating the class to keep giving it their all. When I need an alternative to one of the exercises, they are right there with a suggestion and a smile. Most people in there are in really great shape, but the coaches make those of us working on getting there feel good about the journey. I can't say enough good things. Give it a try. You won't regret it.”

“I joined EFL almost a year ago at the recommendation of a colleague and wish I joined sooner. The workouts are always a challenge, and it changes regularly so you never get bored. I appreciate how the coaches actually pay attention and will correct your form and provide feedback. All the coaches are the most down to earth people and genuinely care about their members. Despite being a boutique gym in the heart of Bellevue, there is absolutely no pretentiousness. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great gym community.”

“Shred415 is by far the best workout I’ve been to in the PNW area. I would highly recommend that everyone come to Shred for HIIT workouts.

The workouts are intense and there’s always a good variety of exercises to do in each class.

The instructors are extremely nice, they always accommodate people at every skill level and provide exercise options, they are very clear on the mic, and they have great choices in music. They’re also very friendly and approachable, and my wife and I love talking to them after class.

The studio is one of the cleanest workout studios I’ve ever seen and their equipment is top notch.

I also wanna give a special shout out to Alice and Fadil, who run the studio. They’ve done an amazing job building the Shred community and treat everyone with love and respect. Thank you so much!”

“Camie is an amazing trainer! She’s super knowledgeable and customizes workouts to fit your body and goals. She knows how to push you safely and effectively. Her studio is clean, well-equipped, and she’s always fun to be around. In 6 months, I lost 9% body fat and feel so much healthier. She also gives great nutrition advice, is super flexible with scheduling, and responds quickly. I’ve seen real results and love training with her—highly recommend!”

“Artem and Ronald are very friendly and always eager to help. The gym is big, spacious, plenty of bags, a ring, speedbags, double end bag, reflex bag. At certain gyms I've been to in the past there's a hostile environment that is not conducive to learning or they only cater to fitness boxing, or disinterested trainers that don't care about the improvement of their students. At this gym they're friendly, easygoing, and offer sparring, and you can tell the quality of their teaching from simply watching the students. I'm very impressed watching the students, they're very good. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!”

“I've been training at Results Fitness for a little over a year now. I've been training with Leor and I owe all the strength I have gained over the last year to his consistent training and support. He always pushes me when needed but also understands my limits. He's extremely flexible and understands a client's needs for schedule adjustments. The center exudes positivity and good vibes, and the entire group, be it Shawn, Leor, Allen or Ryan are tightly knit and motivate and cheer for you during your lows. It was my best decision to revisit fitness with Shawn Casey's Results Fitness and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who wants to take a first baby step on your fitness journey.”

“Ford Sports performance is a great training facility. With the weather we searched for an indoor sports training facility to work on general strength, speed and agility. Hannah was a huge help in finding the right individual program for our daughters needs. She worked with us on several occasions and the trainers are top notch. You can work one on one or small groups.”

“The volleyball courts are great. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Just be aware of that it’s easy to get your ball stuck in/on the ceiling or AC tunnels or other equipments, and they can’t get it out/down right away.”

“Had a lovely picnic with a friend on the lawn yesterday. The park is well maintained with nice baseball fields. The location makes it easy to get to and yet less crowded than the downtown parks. With COVID in mind, this is a great place to grab takeout and enjoy in the great outdoor in the summer.”

“This was my first time taking this ariel yoga class, and it was a bit challenging for me as I have weak arms and am new to the material. Derek was very helpful and encouraged me throughout. He also checked in with everyone to make sure they were doing fine. I’ll definitely try this class again—I hope to strengthen my arms and shoulders.”

“Structured workouts, attentive coaches, clean and well-maintained equipment… and 2 studios means more flexibility on class times. Anica and Sean are incredible. Great corrections so you don’t blow out your shoulders while you bop along to their amazing playlists, and they both put in the effort to build good rapport with you and all of your classmates.
I started with the 8 class/month plan while my body got used to the intensity and then bumped up to unlimited, which I’d recommend as it’s an intense workout, especially if you’re not used to it - the coaches are also good about demonstrating modifications for folks needing more accessible moves. Recently moved and this is one of the few things I’d say I really miss about Bellevue.”

“Very happy to be part of Y family. I specially love their Bolly classes. Their swim lessons are okay for toddlers. Not great but they learn something. I love the variety- yoga, Zumba, bollyx, strong nation, rpm classes to name a few. I like to majorly spend time there in winters which helps.”
