“Highly recommend EFL for anyone at any age or body type. These strength training workouts have been awesome, helped build muscle while getting the cardio in and also helped balance. Dani and Grif offer modifications as needed and correct your form during the workouts to prevent injuries. The best part to me is the relaxed atmosphere - it’s judgement free and everyone is just there to get their best workout in. If you are debating trying it - definitely give it a go!”

“I was unfamiliar with Orangetheory and attended the free intro session because my trepidatious spouse was getting marked results in just a couple of weeks.I've attended two classes, and have signed up for the unlimited package.I found the classes were a great workout and adjustable to any fitness level. The classes I attended had a combination of core, cardio, and strength components.Josh was the "coach". Orangetheory coaches are an amalgam of a personal trainer and a rave DJ.He effectively monitored everyone's activity to ensure they were using appropriate form and fitness level adjustments.In addition he made sure the energy level was upbeat and fun.I found it an excellent way to improve my fitness level, overcoming issues I had with getting started and establishing a routine.”

“Turns out the motivation I needed to exercise regularly was to feel like a main character - this place does that and more. Super fast-paced so no chance of getting bored, and the boxing may seem intimidating at first but the instructors are fantastic at walking newcomers through the moves. Besides that, the locker rooms/bathrooms are super clean, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.Highly recommend this place, especially in a city where it's hard to make yourself do physical activity in the dark winter months”

“For years, I thought I was doing enough working out, once a week, on my own, no direction. Then came covid, and I was (still am) working from home, and I had no excuses of not committing to my health. I now work out 3-4 days a week with group classes and one on one, and at age 61, feel healthier than I have ever been. Workouts are fun, adaptive and most importantly produce results!. Chris and Aaron do a fantastic job in tailoring workouts that meet our specific needs. My best days are when I leave the gym, muscles fatigued, drenched in sweat, and ready to conquer the world.”

“Before deciding on EBCF, I visited all 7 other Crossfit gyms in Seattle. I initially decided that it offered the best programming and seemed to have a good community but I didn't realize the extent to which those were true. During my year and a half with them I developed life long friends and also improved in almost every skill. I came in not being able to do a bar muscle up and now I can consistently do 40 in a workout and it's not like I am new to Crossfit. I have been doing it since 2016, but Rohan knows how to push everyone in the gym. I could not recommend EBCF enough.”

I am new to gyms and got a trainer from the gym (Tybald) who I had six sessions with and was excellent and taught me the basics of strength training. Not intimidating at all, people of all ages and levels. A great and welcome experience.”

They send emails, and texts, and work with folks not only when the client is in a session or class, but also outside of it. “I've been a member at Create Fitness for nine months. I couldn't speak higher of this place, and my experience here has been the most fun and educational I've ever had in a fitness setting. I've also seen the most muscle growth in my fitness journey since starting here. The trainers really care about the members and our goals and progress and the members are so friendly and welcoming. I look forward to coming and seeing them and getting in a good sweat with them. They also like to make things fun and facilitate fun events and activities for the members. “We don’t go here as much as we used to, but my daughter started classes at 7 months old and now we try to go on weekends when we can. The teachers are great! A few of the younger high schooler teachers don’t interact with the whole class, but it’s ok. The people who go are awesome and we love that they mix up the set up each week so there are new ways to explore and play. My daughter loves it! I just wish we had more time to go throughout the week.”

He always pushes me when needed but also understands my limits. He's extremely flexible and understands a client's needs for schedule adjustments. The center exudes positivity and good vibes, and the entire group, be it Shawn, Leor, Allen or Ryan are tightly knit and motivate and cheer for you during your lows. It was my best decision to revisit fitness with Shawn Casey's Results Fitness and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who wants to take a first baby step on your fitness journey.”

“I started working with Sonja about two years ago. I'm 70 years old. My goal was to build upper arm strength and make sure I was steady on my feet. I did Sonja's intensive introduction course and then continued on for about a year and a half. Sonja is awesome. Her instincts are excellent with regard to the type of exercise I needed and how to make adjustments. Today I've got my own routine and go to my gym three times a week for a shorter workout. And I feel great. You can even feel the muscles in my arms, which I never had before. I highly recommend Sonja's program. For someone like me who was never interested in weight training before, Sonja was the perfect solution. I looked forward to going to the gym with her and still do. I will be forever grateful for her guidance. Is it intimidating for a 70 year old woman to join a gym with a bunch of young people? A little. But in the end, I was hoping that I could inspire them. You're never to old to learn how to take care of your body. Thank you, Sonja.”
