While appointments are easy to make and walk-ins are welcome, this particular location is frequently insanely busy with long waits and lines out the door. It is an understaffed, one-person location where the technician doubles as the front desk staff. Despite the volume, this phlebotomist is commended for great patience and efficiency. Many reviewers note the service is very professional and the technician is brilliant, one of the best in the area, especially for those with difficult veins. Results are provided very fast. However, the steady stream of people means the tech absolutely needs help managing the workload.
Wait times can be iffy. While the facility is small and yes conversations can be heard by all, it is clean and well managed. I come here atleast once a year for annual lab work and I have always seen the same lady and she does a good job.
