“I needed a wedding suit and since
March l've been talking to a number of tailors.
Kane stood out the most not just because he really took the time to get to know me and my other half, but his attention to smallest details has just been incredibly helpful. I won't ruin the surprises we talked through, but i knew there and then that he was my guy. went to my first suit fitting yesterday and the experience was wonderful. I left the fitting so pumped and excited and I can't wait to see what comes up at the next fitting. Cheers Kane

“We had the most amazing experience with the Men’s Wearhouse at the Bellevue store. We were heading to Edinburgh, Scotland for our daughter’s wedding. We originally ordered the suit online 2 weeks before our trip but due to an unforeseen issue, it wasn’t delivered to our house. Just a day before we were expected to leave for Scotland, my wife called the online store in a state of panic. They said they could have it delivered the next day to the Bellevue store. We then called and spoke with Brian at the Bellevue store who was very sympathetic to the situation and even offered to arrange to have another suit for me as a back-up “just in case” the suit we ordered online didn’t arrive in time. When we called that morning and let Brian know were flying out of the country that day, in fact that hour, Brian and the rest of the staff understood and assured me everything was good to go! From the moment I ran in to the store on the way to the airport my suit was ready and the staff was super helpful in getting me out of there fast! These guys go the extra mile. Their customer service is exceptional. I would totally recommend The Bellevue Men’s Wearhouse for any of your clothing/suit needs!”

“Anyone having issues with gift cards? This store issues old fashioned hard plastic rather an Electronic gift cards. This local branch won’t cancel a mislaid one, even though it can track to original transaction and seemingly can tell whether it has been used.”

“I had come in to make some in-store returns and had the distinct pleasure of being assisted by Brittany, who should absolutely be commended for the job she is doing.
She is professional but personable, highly knowledgeable & skilled but down-to-earth, helpful but not pushy, and overall just extremely on her game.
And Brittany also made me feel like a king while I was trying some items on, ensuring I had every last piece of knowledge I would need to make an informed decision prior to purchasing, making helpful/practical suggestions along the way, without being overbearing. She even made sure I got the Black Friday price of a full price item, even though the sale hadn’t technically started yet!
