“This review is for a fantastic experience I had last week with the Alterations department at the Factoria Nordstrom Rack. A sweater I recently purchased online from Nordstrom had the sleeve seam come apart for several inches starting at the wrist. I love the sweater so didn't want to just return it, so I brought it with me when going to the Rack last week. The associate at the register (wish I'd gotten her name as she was so helpful) was certain their long-time tailor, Hanh Phan, could repair the sleeve for me so she personally walked me back to Alterations and explained the situation. With just a quick look at the sleeve Hanh said she could definitely repair it and to come back in 15 minutes. I was so impressed with the exceptional customer service by both of these women and will definitely recommend the Factoria Nordstrom Rack and their Alterations department in the future.”

“I went to the Target Bellevue location to get A23 batteries, but I couldn't find them. I asked the staff at the return item section, and the lady and Sunny at the counter helped me look it up on their machine. They said they have it in stock, and Sunny searched around for me. I appreciate their assistance and hope their boss recognizes their hospitality.”
“I use their pharmacy. Had a problem with an on-line pharmacy so I tried Walmart. Also checked a local pharmacy a couple miles from me. It wasn't going to work for me. The Walmart employees and the pharmacists do a great job making sure I have a good understanding of the meds. It is a bit of a drive for me, but It's worth it. I asked if they are going to have a mail order service, at the time the counter person did not know. Frankly, I am more than willing to pay the packaging and posting via UPS, not USPS. Too many scammers break open mail boxes whereas UPS delivers to your residence.”

“The staff here is so kind, both over the phone and in person. I’ve never had an issue with my medications with them and they’re pretty on top of things. Today especially they were very helpful. I desperately needed my medication asap and the automated service said it wouldn’t be ready for another couple days. I called and spoke to one of the pharmacists and he said he could just give me a smaller version of it today and the rest when I run out. It was such a huge help and I’m very grateful.”
“After the 2025 renovation, you can get pretty much everything you need in terms of day to day grocery, unless you want something fancy or “gourmet”. they even have a small deli. And of course low prices. Pharmacy is now much better stocked and staffed.”
“I hate that everything is locked up in cabinets now! I'm sure they have their reasons, and the employees are nice about coming to unlock the cabinets but it's annoying and takes so much time. I try to avoid going here.”

Full of awesome sorting and organizing goods and this cute $2-ish fake plant I’m thinking about moving into a dedicated cup holder slot, which is a big investment for someone like me in at least like two to ten different ways I could use that cup holder rn.”
