The store is always incredibly clean and organized, making for a smooth trip every time. Finding free parking is a breeze here, which is a huge bonus for the area. On top of that, the customer service is consistently great—friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Easily one of our favorite spots to stop whenever we're in town!”
“A hidden gem for high-quality seafood and caviar!
I started coming here after a friend gave me their shishamo (smelt), and now I’m a regular.
The Shop:
Located in Bellevue, this place is officially called Awers Inc. (The Caviar Store). It doesn’t look like a typical retail store—it’s more of a warehouse/wholesale vibe—so it can be a little hard to find at first. However, there is convenient parking right in front, which makes it easy to pop in and out.
The Food:
Shishamo: My absolute favorite. The frozen shishamo here is consistently high quality and packed with roe. It’s incredibly savory and delicious!
Smoked Mackerel: I tried this on my recent visit and it was excellent.
Unique Finds: They also carry various Russian snacks and specialty items that you won't find at your average grocery store.
If you are looking for authentic caviar or high-quality frozen fish, this is the place to go. It feels like a local secret!”
“Affordable groceries in a high cost of living area, no complaints here. Careful on scanning multiple of the same weighted items because they'll go a bit quick but not account for different weights (noticed a lady scan cheese three times and they had to correct her since one weighed less).
They have indomie in both normal and spicy flavors here so that's lit!”

“I stopped by Whole Foods yesterday (8/16/2026, around noon) to pick up some flowers and asked a a young guy working there to help arrange a bouquet. I was lucky enough to get one of the most beautiful bouquets I’ve ever bought. (IIRC, his name is Logan)
I asked if he had studied floral design because the bouquet was so beautifully arranged, and he shyly said, “No, just practice.” You know what, I could really see the care and craftsmanship he put into something as simple as arranging a bouquet, and that made the flowers feel even more special.

“5 Stars is for the employees and their Customer Service, that seems to be a dying practice these days. That's why it's delightful when encountering employees who are pleasant and want to actually help you! Amazon Fresh employs them here! The Return Counter has the most patient, helpful people, ever. Cashiers are the same way.
The process by which you load your cart, then leave~ creeps me out. HOW do they know exactly what you have? What's beaming, where...? Oh, the things we have, scanning our bodies that we don't know about .... ?”
“Recently, this is kind of preferred store to buy a Russian food, they have the best selection comparable all similar stores around. My only concern are recent employees. I totally understand owners of the business are busy and have a life, but these young people from former Soviet Union republic are not best fit for your store. Not friendly, don't smile.... Sorry!”

“I really like PCC. Last week I stopped in to purchase some kale, and it was an all-around moderately pleasant experience. Like all of the other produce on the floor (not literally) the kale was in good condition. It was the kind of kale that is great for, you know, just a simple in-pan sauté, or kale chips (if you’re adventurous… and your oven doesn’t smoke… lol). Sometimes I forget how satisfying something as basic as kale can be. A couple months back, I tried the kale quinoa deli salad from the Seattle location and that was also delicious and satisfying. If the parking situation here didn’t feel like entering a techno dystopian cave, I’d definitely go back.”

“I walked a mile to the store last night intending to get just a couple things I needed. Once there I found a few items on sale that I could use, and then a couple more. I soon had a double armload and needed a basket. Got to the door and was looking for a place to set the load down to grab a basket without looking like a shoplifter when an employee noticed my situation and offered to help. It was great to get the help needed without having to search out someone and explain the issue I was having. I ended up filling my pack and carrying a bag back home as well. My thanks and appreciation to the staffer named Blue for helping me out!”

We are lucky, and fortunate to have this awesome grocery store in this very busy sections of this beautiful city surrounded by all those gorgeous buildings, and all those beautifully designed structures .
This QFC store has been here for so many years, and had seen the transformation of the downtown of Bellevue from a small beautiful city to a very large gorgeous city , and it is still growing.
Also this QFC store has kept pace with Bellevue down town evolving to this vibrant beautiful city.
This QFC has has also evolved into a beautiful place to shop for groceries over the years.

“I often visit Safeway on Bellevue Way. Last week I had really low blood sugar and stopped by to grab a yogurt.
I went through the self checkout and the register kept declining my credit card even though there were plenty of funds.
I was feeling sick and frustrated and started crying. Kal came over and expedited me through the line. I was feeling embarrassed for my tears but he made me feel valued and got me out of there quickly and with a smile.
He should be recognized for being an all star employee and just an outstanding person. I always make a point of going through his line if he is working.”
“This Fred Meyers is a super store and Everytime I go there, I find new things that I didn't see before. One of the biggest reasons why I like this store is I don't feel like I'm being followed by loss prevention.. I'm sure they have people making sure that no one steals, they just do it well !! because I always know when I'm being followed.. But not here. The only feeling I get here is being Welcomed. “I've only been there twice, had great service and no hassle at all. the QFCwhere I live in North Bend is the absolute worst I've ever seen they tried to deny and hold my prescription until I prove that I can get it that day. were they say they're out of it, I asked for a partial and they don't want to do it they want me to wait 30 days when I'm on a 28-day schedule even though it's none of their business why I'm on a 28-day schedule this is the one that works best for my doctor and i. the insurance has no issue with it but they keep hassling me it's been going on for a long time now and I'm done. go to the QFC in Eastgate it's worth the hour drive for me”
