“We used a reward night from the cc. Staff upgraded the room as well as giving us a goodie bag. Parking was easy. Breakfast although did not have an omelette bar, was well stocked with hot foods and neatly organized. Room was clean. Small touches to the hotel were noticed by me: dispensers in the shower were all turned the same way. Plates neatly stacked. Front desk asking us what temperature we wanted our room at checkin.”
“Great venue for my 5 year old’s party. Can accommodate a reasonable amount of kids and adults. Weekdays are less crowded. Party host was very helpful with setup, party coordination and cleanup. Bring your own food. Decent toddler only area too which is great for younger siblings.”

While there were a couple of minor issues—the TV didn’t connect despite following the instructions, and the bathroom sink drained slowly—it was still a decent place to stay for the night. “We stayed at The Westin Bellevue while visiting from Portland for the long holiday weekend, and it was a great experience for our family. We wanted to find a place that was centralized and within walking distance of the places we wanted to visit, and The Westin definitely fit that perfectly.
The location is very convenient, right across from the mall and close to a lot of great restaurants. Customer service was excellent, and our room was very nice. We also had a great view of downtown Seattle from our room and could even see the Space Needle, which was a nice bonus.
There was a park just a few blocks away that we took our kids to, and they really enjoyed it. The pool was also great, and our kids loved spending time there. Overall, we were able to really relax and enjoy the trip. We’ll definitely stay at The Westin Bellevue again the next time we’re in town.”

“Stayed here not the first time and like this property a lot. Good location to everything and in Walking distance. The Rooms are typically Marriott and provide everything you need. The staff is always very friendly and helpful in this property.
The M Club serves good Breakfast daily until 10:00am. Shot out for Mr Richard, he runs the Lounge perfectly even when it is packed. Refill of food items even 5min before closing the buffet.”

Food was excellent, I was very surprised actually. This event was about 150- 190 strong or more, for the food to come out in the speed and quality it dis was exceptional.
The space was well kept and well lit.”

“Super fun birthday idea for a group of teens. We did the rock and roll themed escape. Everything was very well explained, and our game master Bailey was super helpful. We requested hints a few times, and the information he shared was just the right amount for us to keep going...but still feel like we solved something. All the staff were awesome and the escape was fun and creative. Thanks!”
