“I recently visited this Omega Boutique while exploring options for my first luxury watch, and of course, Omega was a brand I couldn’t miss.
This was my first time visiting an Omega boutique, and Josh made the experience incredibly welcoming. He took the time to walk me through the history of Omega, explain the different collections, and let me try on several models they had available. He was knowledgeable and patient.
I’m in no rush to make a purchase and am currently exploring different brands before deciding on my first luxury watch. What I really appreciated was that Josh completely respected that. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and, more importantly, I never felt judged for simply being there to learn and explore.
Overall, it was a great first experience with this Omega boutique and exactly the kind of welcoming atmosphere you hope for when stepping into the world of luxury watches. Thanks, Josh, for making the visit so enjoyable!”
“I love spending time at Ben Bridge Bellevue Square location. Their staff is awesome. Ricardo the manager is approachable and friendly. Allison Bauman in sales is super knowledgeable. I recently purchased my fifth watch from them. Ben Bridge has a deep selection of Tudor, Hamilton, Longines, IWC, Cartier and more on display in their temporary location. I can’t wait to explore the remodeled showroom soon. They service and repair watches and jewelry. Communication has always been clear, pricing is given in advance of repairs and a follow up call is given when your jewelry is ready for pick up.”

“Great local watch store that gets some new inventory pretty regularly, with Rolex prices being quite competitive. They helped me with various small services super quickly. Overall nice atmosphere as the folks working there including Mark and Dave seem actual watch enthusiasts that makes it fun to stop by and check out their store.”
