“Excellent service at the Lahina ))and the Bellevue stores. High quality jewelry not inexpensive but quality and service make it worth it. They are " The real deal. ". My story- The earrings i bought in Lahina needed adjustment. I called Bellevue and the staff were extremely helpful even - I was not even buying anything. I went back to add a pendant a few months later. Today i completed the set with a ring - staff again very helpful with matching the color- offered to send a gold ring with the correct color pearl to the factory with the white gold ring i wanted to switch the pearls and to size it without additional charge. I know that nothing is "free" but the service, the fact that they remembered me 5 months later and being gracious counts!”

“Not all Ben Bridges offer the same quality of service as this location. Like the 60 million other people (I'm exaggerating) in the area, I was also in the market for a Rolex. Like everyone else, I decided to try my luck by dropping in the store and 'getting on the list.' I didn't have much hope, given the particular reference I wanted is in super high demand.However, I had the pleasure of working with Anthony, who insisted that I text him at a regular cadence to check in. He was always responsive and reassured me he is doing what he can. After about 1 year (which I understand is a relatively short waiting period), I finally got 'THE' text from Anthony. It had been a more than pleasant experience working with him, as he was always professional, informative and kept me up to date.Anyone in the market for a Rolex, or something shiny to treat yourself or your love ones, I definitely recommend hitting up Anthony.”

“My soon to be wife and I went here and we got a replacement ring since we have a 2year warranty on it. The ring was even better then the one we had originally got from the Pandora at southcenter which don't go to the South center Pandora go to the Bellevue one! The service was excellent and the staff were amazing we were in and out free of charge in minutes ? thank you again for your great customer service. Don't ever date this woman unless you want to have some fun just make sure to get out before she spends all your money she is a opportunist once the money is gone she moves on.”
