Been working with Yi, as a first time client with Ben Bridge & she was able to track down a Rolex for myself in less than six (6) months & was an absolute breeze to work with throughout the process. As a nervous first time purchaser - she walked myself thru every step of the process, told me to keep my chin up throughout the wait and eventually we'd be able to track down a watch at MSRP, which in 2023 can be a definite challenge. Afterward completing the purchase - she helped myself get the watch sized perfectly & walked myself thru all of the features (crown, glidelock clasp, winding, etc.) along with answering any other questions I had. “Fox's Seattle is definitely top shelf for quality and customer service and a legacy business for downtown Seattle. 15 years ago, asked them to create a custom engagement ring. The ring turned-out perfect. This summer I decided to replace the center stone with a higher quality diamond than I could afford when I originally had it fabricated. Justine was very prompt, helpful and friendly. She found a great diamond, meeting all my criteria, exactly on budget, and my wife loves it. I highly recommend Fox's.”

“I came into WT Hoyt's store this morning hoping they had a pin for my watch. Low and behold they did. my watch was fixed within 5 minutes and it only cost me 3 bucks. this store is where you want to go for all types of watch repair or even clock repairs as well. If you seek a more generic service experience, head to Turgeon Raine or Tiffany's, and pay 10x more for your diamonds and gold. This establishment is unapologetically authentic. Moti has a straightforward and direct demeanor, seemingly perceived as rudeness, and he is part of Swissa's charm. Moti provides honest advice without sugarcoating things. If you or your significant other can't handle Moti - an old man with a 5 pound dog, who owns a small business with his wife of many years - can they really handle the hardships of life? Moti, similar to the iconic East Coast soup stand owner in Seinfeld portrayed by Larry Thomas in Season 7, Episode 6, is a unique character. I often tease him and eagerly anticipate his most "rude" responses that never fail to make me smile. He is a great banterer. Here's to Moti and the distinctive experience he offers, as he won't be around much longer. Please remind him that he is old and that he may not understand how the world has changed. “Huge selection of handmade jewelery. Lots of cool, interesting designs with a ton of different materials and gemstones. I really enjoyed the selection and felt the pieces had a lot more character than what you would find at retail chains.When you go, expect that the owner might be a little rude or brusk with you. This is a true mon-and-pop shop and the dude doesn't give af. He was a mix of brash, nice, rude, funny, and helpful when I went. He helped me resize a couple of times, joked with me, and told me he had been selling jewelry there for 49 years. This ain't Tiffany's or Chick-fil-A, its an old grumpy asian man who makes/sells jewelery, take it or leave it.”

His service was amazing and I felt glad to spend my money with him. More company’s need them a Patrick on the sales floor.
