“Loft has always been one of my favorite stores, but I’ve noticed that their recent collections don’t quite match the variety and appeal they had a few years ago.
The staff here are friendly and kind, which makes shopping a pleasant experience. However, I do wish they carried more of the diverse options available in their online collection.
That said, I absolutely love their summer pieces—they’re always a highlight! Definitely recommend checking this place out!”

“This review is for a fantastic experience I had last week with the Alterations department at the Factoria Nordstrom Rack. A sweater I recently purchased online from Nordstrom had the sleeve seam come apart for several inches starting at the wrist. I love the sweater so didn't want to just return it, so I brought it with me when going to the Rack last week. The associate at the register (wish I'd gotten her name as she was so helpful) was certain their long-time tailor, Hanh Phan, could repair the sleeve for me so she personally walked me back to Alterations and explained the situation. With just a quick look at the sleeve Hanh said she could definitely repair it and to come back in 15 minutes. I was so impressed with the exceptional customer service by both of these women and will definitely recommend the Factoria Nordstrom Rack and their Alterations department in the future.”

“Inna was helping us with searching the right cut and design for men’s wide leg jeans. It took us a while to find the right baggy for him but we did it because Inna was knowledgable of the different Jean designs, which led us to Marker, the perfect baggy for my husband! We had a really good time shopping at Levi’s with Inna and also her male colleague who helped us at the beginning. Both style associates were great!”

“Ordered 2 suits and 2 shirts. They allowed customization of every detail of the suits and shirts. Took about 4 weeks for them to be ready. Went in for a fitting and everything fit perfectly. The materials offered are premium, the service outstanding. I even inquired about home visits, which they will do, even to Gig Harbor. Wonderful place, will be ordering more suits from there.”
