“I had the best experience at this store today. I went in to pick up an online order with my kids, which was NOT ideal, they were not behaving well. When I tried on my order I found that the pants I ordered did not work for me and I would need to pick out another. The sales lady Heather helped me find some new ones to try on and recommended some new styles I didn’t know of. She listened to what I was looking for and even pulled up reviews of the pants so I would see how others felt about them. They even honored a discount code I had used on my original purchase (that had expired). I would highly recommend checking this place out, so happy they are nearby!”

“I went into #ViaLago Via Lago Kirkland in downtown Kirkland. It is a local wonderful boutique. Via Lago I walked in and the owner Chapman greeted me and remembered me, my dogs and husband. I have not been in since before COVID I told her what I looking for and she pulled a bunch of things off the racks. Everything fit and I walked out with two amazing outfits and feeling wonderful. I supported a local business and had a great stress free experience. Thank you! ❤️”

“This store is dangerous! I walked in to browse and kill time and was met with the sweetest and most attentive salesperson. Retail store managers take note; amazing customer service will not only drive customer retention, but also increase your sales matrix.I ended up walking out with a lot more than I anticipated spending, but the quality is on par (most brands are carried at Nordstrom) and the attentiveness is unmatched. I was informed that salespeople are not commissioned based, so I never felt obligated or pressured into spending.I even received a hand-written birthday card!
