I love their clothes but their customer service definitely needs work.Was left a super snotty voice-mail today about an in store pick up order.I already canceled the order a few days prior not sure why the person who left the message was so rude.

The cleanest store I’ve ever been to! Every size is in order which makes it super easy to shop. Staff are super friendly and accommodating when it comes to ordering sizes or matching online pricing. Love shopping AE and here especially

Ayrica did an amazing job helping me today to find the prefect size jeans. She checked in every way shape or form to see what styles were available in my size and helped me order the right ones. Very please with her customer service, it is service that good that will bring me back in the future!
