“Couldn’t be more patient if they tried!!! I spent a solid two hours + staring at and trying on their beautifully selected crystal rings as if I were looking for a one million dollar engagement ring and not once did anyone kindly humble my ass. Beyond that, after a solid two + hours and still being just as indecisive as someone choosing a permanently glued on wedding band, these peoples were helping me figure out which crystals meant what, lookin in the mirror to see how I’d look wearing it every day, helping me find my birthstone in the exact overly picky style I have, you name it, they did it, and they done did it fabulously. I’m so stoked that I walked into this place randomly after grabbing some grub because it’s definitely gonna become a pit stop every time we’re around. “A huge shout out for such great service by Thomas at the Bellis Fair Mall Store in Bellingham, WA on December 5, 2023. I had a very frustrating experience trying to order my grandsons clothes online on December 3, 2023 and after over two hours and three failed attempts of not getting my order completed because it wouldn't process my Promo Rewards, I got no where and decided to go to the store and just pick up the clothes if they had them and mail them to Missouri costing me more money and my time to know have to just drive to the store back and forth, gas money, and then package and mail them. So this is what I did. If it wasn't for Thomas to know exactly where in the store the items were from my pictures it would have taken me a lot of time. Thankfully, Thomas listened to my frustration from the two days prior and he was going to make up for the lack of customer service and my online order; and he did this full circle. He is a true retail professional and I thanked him repeatedly. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes and left a happy customer. I will now instead just go to the store and get what I need. Thanks so much to whoever trained Thomas to be such a great manager of knowing the customer matters. Hope to see him again. I thanked him several times and got his name as I told him too I was going to write a review. Merry Christmas to Thomas and I know the many customers he will serve will get the same patience, service, and sincerity of caring too.”

Shoutout to Sarah - I was purchasing a few items and was short on the cash I had in hand by about fifty cents or so, and as I was switching to grab my card, before I could bring it out, Sarah asked by how much and grabbed some coins, telling me it was covered. She was so sweet about it and I definitely recommend this store!”
“Went there with my dad to find a good pair of boots, and there was just one helper that is named April. She was one of the nicest most talkative ones that we ever really meet out here in Washington! “Pretty expensive but what isn't anymore! If you take the time to hunt for a bargain you can usually find a gem or two. The security guards now stop every person entering to explain that they (security) are there to help facilitate a safe and happy shopping experience. I don't know about you but the moment I see security I realize right then what there doing and what there job is, I mean we weren't in a nightclub or a concert, right!? Pretty self explanatory. Also take the time to set up a loyalty program it helps if you misplace your reciept and a couple other perks.. The employees always ask if you have one but if you say no They will not take it any farther unless you ask to sign up.”
