“One of the longest running stores in this city and well deserving. They have excellent offerings at great prices and the store is merchandised well. They recently rearranged the entire store to adapt to what people seem to want. “Amazing experience! I purchased my first pair of Redwing boots today and could not be happier with the experience. Xavier at the Bellingham store was super nice and Knowledgeable, I got measured and im telling you that a properly fitted pair of boots wins over pulling them of the shelf somewhere. Unfortunately it seemed to have a defect only noticeable once I returned home, and the owner refunded my purchase with no hesitation! This is why you should support small businesses- they know how to manage customer service! My daughter will attend in the Fall and I will make sure to shop there when I'm in town!”
“Went there with my dad to find a good pair of boots, and there was just one helper that is named April. She was one of the nicest most talkative ones that we ever really meet out here in Washington! “Been here multiple times with zero issues, i think the other reviews are being a bit dramatic.
Ive bought 5 pairs of shoes and returned 2 (because my feet are weird), months later with no reciept and they accepted, immediate refund and very nice staff.
Decent selection and good prices, even more online, and hassle free returns as long as you dont wear them(clean them if you did)

“Wow! Journey's has shoes for any "journey" you may take in life .They have the fun latest styles. I purchased some wild multi-colored trail shoes and I love them. Sales person was very helpful. They did not have my size so she promptly ordered my size and said they will be delivered in 4-7 days. Fun to browse their vast selection of shoes!”
