“We recently purchased a new refrigerator from D&B. They have been our go to for home appliances for decades. As fate would have it the delivery day coincided with torrential rains. Despite the literal torrents of rain the delivery team did an excellent job of removing the old refer and installing the new one. We would like to give special recognition to Rylan. His pleasant personality and calm demeanor made for a pleasant, if not delightful event.”

She knows so much about the machines and is so encouraging about offering help with sewing. I just bought a new vacuum and am thrilled with my purchase. The selection was excellent and the prices were very fair. I'm going to take some of their sewing classes soon. Wonderful community of staff and customers here.”
“I went in to visit the geek squad because I had made a mistake trying to fix my gpu on my laptop. I didn’t make an appointment beforehand but they were able to get me in within an hour. A young blonde man in glasses was able to fix my laptop within 30 minutes and explained to me exactly what was wrong and what had happened. He also gave me advice on what I need to be able to run larger games without pushing any sort of sale on me. Last geek squad I went to in my home town, they told me they couldn’t work on my computer and sent me away. 10/10 experience, very knowledgeable employees, and great customer service. Also said nothing about my winrar and the games still ran after lol.”

“I waited for our 2nd frig/freezer just delivered today to give max stars to DeWaard&Bode and Jon Dell who helped me to make choices with great patience and lots of expertise. Delivery was quick, on schedule with an alert shortly before arrival. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and the frosting of course was the great prices. This was a first encounter with DeWaard & Bode. You can bet I will be back when our next appliance bites the dust. Thanks to everyone.”
