“I waited for our 2nd frig/freezer just delivered today to give max stars to DeWaard&Bode and Jon Dell who helped me to make choices with great patience and lots of expertise. Delivery was quick, on schedule with an alert shortly before arrival. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and the frosting of course was the great prices. This was a first encounter with DeWaard & Bode. You can bet I will be back when our next appliance bites the dust. Thanks to everyone.”

“We recently purchased a new refrigerator from D&B. They have been our go to for home appliances for decades. As fate would have it the delivery day coincided with torrential rains. Despite the literal torrents of rain the delivery team did an excellent job of removing the old refer and installing the new one. We would like to give special recognition to Rylan. His pleasant personality and calm demeanor made for a pleasant, if not delightful event.”

“I just wanted to give a shoutout to Adam and Crystal at this Best Buy location. I came all the way from Everett to pick up an out of box deal and I ran into some complications. Adam was incredibly friendly and helpful and Crystal sorted the complication out completely. I was very happy with how it was handled and taken care of. Thanks you two!!

On a side note: Best Buy, your phone system and ability to deal with issues without having to go to the actual Best Buy location is terrible and I wish they would put the customer first in this regard.”

“Hi,

I purchased a Glacier Bay McKenna in this location to replace an old faulty kitchen faucet. After 5 months, we started to experience some issues with it, water spraying from the top of the nozzle. I managed to work on some solutions but, the faucet got crazy starting yesterday by spraying all over from the top and the nozzle disconnecting from the pipe as soon as you were pulling on it. A lemon ! I called the store but the kitchen team was not friendly and not helpful. They instead gave me a lecture on customer service before hanging up on me. I called again and asked for a manager. Nate was super helpful and, upon understanding the overall issue, provided some excellent options. I recovered all my faith in HomeDepot thanks to him. He proved that all issues have a solution when you work as a team. Thanks Nate !”

“I came to Lowe's today looking for materials to build a fence. Josh from the plumbing department went out of his way to walk me across the store and helped me with literally every step. He walked me to the garden section, got me a cart, lifted the heavy items into my cart, and gave me advice on what to buy and how to install it. He even went to the back when an item I wanted was out of stock. I was at home depot earlier today for the same items, and walked out and left a cart full of stuff at the register because I was so frustrated with them. Josh was so friendly and such a fantastic help, I can not thank him enough!”
