“I want to specifically and personally thank both Rachel P. and Colton T. at this location for doing absolutely everything in their power to ensure a smooth transition from another carrier to T-Mobile earlier today. While I was activating a new phone as part of a deal, something had gone wrong when they tried to call for help at their support center, which resulted in a lengthy and stressful process for them to sort out while also having to handle unhappy patrons and extended service times. Both of them did everything they could to ensure the best service possible and provided excellent resolutions and made me feel valued, and like joining the carrier was a collaboration, not a contract. As a retail manager, I have to recognize and applaud their professionalism and patience when handling multiple stressful situations at once.”

“I just wanted to give a shoutout to Adam and Crystal at this Best Buy location. I came all the way from Everett to pick up an out of box deal and I ran into some complications. Adam was incredibly friendly and helpful and Crystal sorted the complication out completely. I was very happy with how it was handled and taken care of. Thanks you two!!
On a side note: Best Buy, your phone system and ability to deal with issues without having to go to the actual Best Buy location is terrible and I wish they would put the customer first in this regard.”

“Took the time to make an appointment at the Sunset store only to arrive and be told he was still busy and hopefully in another 15 or 20 minutes he could help us. Other workers were just sitting around no offer to have someone else help. Left and went to the new store on the Guide Meridian. Great shaded parking and we were greeted by Lucky who sat us right down and went to work getting us a replacement phone. Seriously have never had it before this pleasant. The A/C was amazing and Lucky was fun and helpful no pressure at all. Do yourself a favor and give this one a try. You WON'T be sorry.”

“7-11 might not be King of convenience stores anymore in these turbulent times we live in. They still have the best coffee on your way to work. Slurpees can never be replaced by Icees, they are not the same. They are not the same at all. 7-11 has more hot food options than ever. Breakfast sandwiches and large assortment of hot dogs and sausages, chicken sandwiches, poppers, mini tacos, and burgers for lunch. The staff might be not so welcoming, it feels like it is as it should be, Gen X style. Slurpees rule Icees drool!”

I will definitely be going back to cash American pawn to sell more stuff in the future since Jess stay open late just so I can get another offer from reset games but it turns out reset games was less money than cash American pawn and jess had so much kindness and expertise and also Jess had really good people skills.”
“I mean, who doesn’t love Target? They have a great selection of everyday needs from clothing and shoes, to electronics, small kitchen appliances, a pharmacy, one of the best selection of low budget makeup, and you can even buy your groceries here. It’s not quite Walmart level, in terms of one stop shopping, but close enough, and far better quality. I do miss their little hot food area, so thanks for that COVID 19 and the plandemic. If you’ve never been to Target, just go! You’ll be happy you did!”
