Bellingham is lucky to have such a sweet and stylish boutique, I never leave the store without finding something I love. I’ve gotten jackets, earrings, and boots from Fringe and they are beloved items in my wardrobe. So much variety and unique finds, worth a visit as their inventory is always changing with the seasons!
