“We’ve had the pleasure of working at Lairmont Manor many times, and it’s truly one of our favorite venues to shoot at. The property is absolutely stunning -a beautiful historic mansion paired with thoughtfully maintained gardens and courtyards that offers endless backdrops throughout the day.
Beyond the beauty of the space, the team is consistently professional, organized, and wonderful to work alongside. The layout, flow, and attention to detail make wedding days feel seamless, which allows both couples and vendors to focus on what matters most.

The songs, bowls, and chimes resonated beautifully as we experienced a lavender-infused, expansive, and deep state of relaxation. Will definitely be back, again and again.”

That said, the decor is a tad gaudy and the vibes are odd, but it’s certainly all very charming!”

“A great place to spend a night! They have bowling and some pinball machines. Make sure a league isn’t playing before you go. We went on a Sunday night and had a blast. They also have beer and cider.”

“The best budget friendly place out there! Huge reception room with lots of natural light from all the windows, friendly staff- Angie was more than accommodating. The place is private and surrounded by trees. It's Definately a hidden gem!”

“Great hotel, except for the mattress. Hard to tell from the photo, but there’s easily a 6 inch valley in the middle, where the springs have totally caved in.”
“The grounds are well groomed, the building was constructed at the turn of the 20th century which adds to its charm. Security is adequate without being over bearing. The inside is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Pets are allowed but drugs, alcohol and weapons aren't. Guests can visit Mon-Thur 9a-5p. Ladies if you find yourself in a bind and need shelter come here first.”

“2027 08 This is the only place I stay at when going to or through Bellingham. Staff are friendly and quick to respond to any questions or issues. The facilities are well maintained and breakfast is great with healthy (and not so healthy) options. The underground parking is really nice for someone with a motorcycle. The area feels much safter now than it did a few years ago - the homeless encampment across the intersection is now gone. Good stores and restaurants near by the hotel.
The only very minor downside is that as a gold level member I was surprised that they have started to charge $10 for parking. It was waived but was told only for this trip. Again very minor when compared to everything else.
2024 11 I stayed here again and it is still five stars. The only VERY minor complaint was with the TV/Cable. The on screen TV guide didn't work and when it did it had the wrong information. I spent a day working on my laptop and tried to watch some NFL games in the background but couldn't tell what was on and when. Again very minor concerns.
We got in early, and the front desk processed us quickly. She was polite and professional. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was firm and provided a great sleep. The 24-hour access gym is small but clean and the equipment was in working order. The breakfast was great and had a very nice selection. It was nice to start the day with a hot meal. All of the employees I interacted with were friendly, polite and helpful. We did not use the covered garage. Check-out was just dropping off the access card and back on the road. It felt COVID safe to stay there. I will definitely visit the next time in the area. We don't use the app, as I have been reading about security concerns. Once they implement a higher level of security and I know my points, CC, and personal data are safe, the process will be even more efficient.”

“Family focused but beautiful hotel. Lobby is very nice and the rooms have been updated. Location is great! The hotel itself is centered around an indoor pool which during swimming hours can make it loud. They cut it off at 8pm for people under 21 which once I saw the design made a lot of sense.
The noise significantly tapered off after 8pm. Done by 9 and we stayed over a Saturday night.
Breakfast is not routinely included which is a bit of a downer but if you know that a head of time you can either pay a bit more or there are tons of great local options.
Would highly recommend this place if you are checking out WWU or staying in Bellingham for a soccer tournament/game like we were.”
