The staff are friendly and the merchandise is good. The selection of supplies is good and art and office supplies are well priced. The store is very convenient for students and the location is convenient. Staff are always helpful and often great, kind and do their best. Prices for books and textbooks are higher and often over priced, sometimes a rental costs the same as purchasing it. Some items such as WWU apparel are reasonable and the staff are very helpful. When the store is understaffed customers may have to wait awhile. The store does not discount broken or defective products.
The employees are friendly. They have good merchandise. It would be awesome if they had some regular items that were specific to teams ("WWU cross country"), but they may be restricted from doing that.

The staff was friendly and the store was clean. Well-stocked with apparel and I found a cool sticker. : )
