“Jonathan answered the phone immediately and in a friendly manner, which made the difference for me to go here instead of the Valvoline nearby. When I got there, they were able to see me right away and took care of everything even faster than the estimate they had given me, plus one of their team members kindly took a few minutes to connect with me in the lobby while I was waiting and another one thankfully pointed out a pretty serious safety concern regarding my tire - even though they didn’t have the auto body tools to fix it, the fact that he showed me that before my tire blew so I wasn’t blindsighted was super appreciated and I’m so grateful and impressed by the service. From a few parting remarks from the GM, Jon, I’m guessing a lot of the great service has to do with his leadership - committed to integrity. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend! “Never going to a dealership again. I was expecting to have to replace the engine in my truck, it had 187k miles drive, 2010 5.3 Silverado. Oil press went away, one day driving to work. Ron found my immediate issue and the truck drive great now. All up going to Ron was significant less expensive than I was expecting. I’ll keep driving the Silverado until the wheels fall off. Would 1000% recommend.”
