“Visited this branch last week for the first time since moving to Bonney lake- the staff is great. Amber Bradshaw took care of me and was so kind and helpful! Just a very genuine person! You could tell that she really enjoyed what she did and helping to assist customers! She was efficient and explained every process to me. Hard to come by anyone in the workforce today that’s as professional, and courteous as she is! Additionally, there were two bank tellers who seemed to be friendly and really know everyone who came in by first name! Overall, great experience at this branch!”

“Joined over a year ago. Recently my CD had matured, quite surprised with my dividends collected. All the staff is very polite and informative. There was a hiccup with the ATM one time over the summer. They quickly addressed the issue. I was impressed. I also enjoy the share branching. When paying off my car loan my other credit union was refunding me the extra paid amount. Was able to go into Tapco bonney lake and handle it all, and transfered my extra funds over immediately to current account. Soon they will be holding free Santa photos for the holiday. Such a great way to give back to their members in appreciation. The branch manager does a wonderful job and very thorough. All her employees are well respected and seem to enjoy working here.”
