I feel the family atmosphere here unlike other banks that i feel like they care more about taking my money than me. It feels great knowing i can always rely on Alaska. “'Been a customer of this bank/branch for 20+ years. Other than the cash machine occasionally running out of money and sun glare making it hard to see the screen at times (Yeah, OK. Not applicable this spring!), I've had nothing but great experiences with this branch. The personnel are unfailingly cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. I especially like the presence of the customer service person either resolving problems on the spot or directing people to others who can best address their issues. Cuts the wait time a lot. I also like the fact that I can get my transaction taken care of without being pitched on some kind of up-sell product ... a total turn-off for me.”
