“So this review is two part. Most importantly though the Community relations person Richard is an absolute rock star!First part is about the business itself. Pretty straight forward. I have a auto loan with them. My rate is much lower than the others at the time of getting quotes. Have had zero issues with them. Been overall an easy place to work with.Second part is the people behind this credit union. I used to think the days of local business reaching out into the community was a thing of the past and long gone. Richard though proved that so wrong. He heard our local 11s volleyball club PSVBA, were looking for some support in getting our kiddos to Nationals (which is another story all together, first year these girls have all played together. Such an accomplishment already) anyway... Richard stepped up the branch Manager at this location also stepped up. They not only offered up a great location for a car wash fundraiser, Richard involved other local business like Walmart which donated a ton of supplies. On top of this Richard and some of the branch employees like the branch Manager came out and cleaned cars with us! Truly this credit union has earned not just a customer but a big fan of Richard and Tapco as a whole for life!If I could this would be the one 6 star review I would give!”

“At times the bank is pretty busy but customer service is amazing they always do there best to get your needs and concerns met in a real timely matter and leave with peace of mind. I think some people are posting on other becu locations because in all my times with becu on 410 this is the one location I trust and count on, both management and staff always try's to go beyond and treat everyone like family .”
