“Very clean and well-stocked Kohl's, and the staff is phenomenal! I found an item online (heated neck wrap) that I came in to buy, but couldn't find it on the shelf. Several staff members went out of their way to help me find it, and eventually found it in the back as it had just come in and hadn't yet been stocked in the store. They were all very friendly, and definitely more helpful than most stores - will be back for sure!”
“I had to pop in for a return and observed a situation where the customer stated one request, then another, the argued and debated with the CSR who was behind the counter. Needless to say, the employee was patient throught it all. Her name was Danielle. So if you see her, give her a high-five and tell her great job.”
