“I have been here a few times now to have work done on my car, and I cannot be more pleased with the service and honesty!
My first visit was a couple of years ago to get a second opinion (was told my transmission was going out...yikes), and took my car here to the specialists! Turns out, it wasn't my transmission at all, and ended up being a tire that was making a weird noise because part of it had been flattened due to me probably slamming on my brakes at some point. Saved me a ton of money with the correct diagnosis, and they didn't charge me!
The next time was for a wheel bearing and they were able to diagnose it quickly, return it to me, and then when I asked them to look again (my car was still making suspicious noises), they took it back, no questions asked, and fixed it again. I felt like the most annoying person, but they listened to my concerns and took them seriously every time, and were so kind about it! Price was incredibly reasonable too. Special shout-out to Donna and Don (and everyone else, really) who took such good care of me and my car!”

It's pure luck I was directed to Graham Towing. This company is terrific. Stuck at a controlled intersection is horrible. Graham Towing was quick to dispatch a flatbed. The tow operator, Jared, was there in less than 15 minutes. We were on the road pretty darn quick. Jared was professional, friendly and courteous...many thanks to Graham Towing and Jared. You made a stressful situation much better.

“When AAA and our roadside assistance from insurance couldn't help us around midnight these guys did. They came within 30-45min, hooked up our short bus, and towed to our house. They maneuvered it so well and were just a stand up company. Not only that but they were the most reasonable too! I'm saving their number incase we need them in the future. Highly recommended!!!”

“My husband, my newborn and I were on our way to get my car serviced and then to an appt when my car would not start. The engine wouldn't turn over what so ever. I used my insurance, GEICO, to get roadside assistance and they were so fast at locating someone and sending them to me immediately. My husband was scared it was going to take a while for them to arrive but I called dispatch, asked her if we had to be present and if she knew when someone would be coming. The gal was very kind and informed me that she had someone that would be coming to me immediately within 10-15 min. My husband and I patiently waited and kinda started getting antsy wondering where the tow truck was but I wanted to give him grace in case he got lost or something. Well, JJ was the person who helped us, he called me to inform me he was about 8-10 min away from me. I can't lie, I did get sassy with him and told him we were told he'd be here earlier but he explained to me that he needed to assist another coworker because they had broken down. I instantly felt bad for being such a jerk now and told him that we'd see him soon. As soon as JJ arrived, he was super professional and kind. He asked us what was wrong to double check, we explained, I handed him my car key and we were on our way! Super fast. Not even 5 min after leaving, JJ calls me and tells me he turned my car on!! My husband and I instantly felt stupid. I asked JJ how he got it to turn on, he explained and even offered to not tow the car to the shop anymore if we wanted to drive it instead. Since we had already left and it's through insurance, I just asked him to tow it to the shop so it can still get diagnosed to figure out what's going on. Overall JJ was amazing!”

“. So my brake went out and I found myself stuck in a Taco Bell parking lot in Milton WA. The first company I called quoted me $265. I thought that was high so I called another company, they asked a million questions that I thought were irrelevant to getting a quote.The next company, Fife Service and Towing quoted me $135 which was far from the first quote of $265. Anyway Joe the tow truck driver was professional, friendly and answered all of my questions.I think the person with the first tow company tried to take advantage of my situation. He probably thought that after a brake failure that I would be upset and desperate ( I was not ) and not have the presence of mind to get a few quotes. Ladies always stay calm and get a few quotes.”

He showed up faster than any other company we've used before went above and beyond to get him back on the road asap! I was worried I'd have to drive up with my toddler to get my fiancé or bring him a medical device he can't sleep without, and really didn't want to do that! But before I could even get ready to head out (just incase) Miles had showed up, went and got parts, came back and fixed it while my fiancé just waited in the cab!
