“QFA did a great job servicing my 1980 Toyota Celica, identifying and replacing a leaky fuel line in my most recent visit to their garage as well as a failed clutch slave cylinder in my last visit. As they have always been for the 10+ years I've been bringing my cars to them, QFA provided high-quality service with a very quick turn-around time. I can't recommend them enough!”
“In July, my Ford F-150 started having all sorts of problems. Engine knocking, rough starts, sputtering, limp mode, etc. I called up Doc and had the truck towed to his shop. He was able to get me in, same day, and diagnose all of the problems within 24 hrs of dropping off the truck with him.
Turns out, my truck was worse for wear than I had thought and the repair cost would have been more than the truck was worth. Instead of insisting on repairs, which would have costed me thousands, Doc advised me to cut my losses. I did have the option to repair it if I wanted to, but I sincerely appreciate him and his team’s honesty and insistence about it. Other shops I’ve had the displeasure of giving my business to would have tried to rake me over the coals, but not Doc!
You can tell as soon as you meet Doc and his team that they know their craft very well, and will take care of you and your vehicle to the best of their abilities.”

“A great experience! Farshad and his staff are the best. I had an issue with my car that two other mechanics had failed to fix completely, and in less than a day at Safety Auto Repair, the problem was solved. Farshad also sent me a video of the problem and explained the repair, and was able to find a specific bolt that made the repair much less expensive than it would have been. I will come back again and again!”

“F&F has been my go to for repairs that are beyond my diy capability. I suggest friends and family to them. They’ve repeatedly demonstrated that they’ll be honest with what your car needs and doesn’t. It would be easy to do the service for a quick buck like other shops however they don’t. There’s a reason they’re rated so highly. Plus, Robert and Mark will take time to answer questions I’ve had even with their packed work schedule, I’ve always appreciated that.”
“Papa Bears Auto Center is my go-to one stop shop for oil changes and getting advice/ service on auto repairs. They replaced my breaks on my old car, was able to source the parts and delivered to the shop within the hour. They also give you a free car wash for their services. The staff here is kind, knowledgable, honest and quick!”
“It's a small shop. They call themselves Leon's now. I'm not sure what's going on what their name, but I went in for a 2008 Audi A3 air conditioning issue. They did the work for nominal pricing. Their labor rate is lower than other shops but it's still an expensive repair. They noted two other problems that are real problems and they provided an estimate. But they didn't force the work to be done. So for the next issue I think we'll go back and see what these guys estimate.”

“On my way hone from dropping my kiddo off at school, I decided to swing by grease monkey. I told them I had my oil changed with then about 90 days prior, and was wondering if they offered free top-off's. They were very polite and were able to get me in for a free to off right away, which was nice because I had my small dog with me. Daniel greeted me and between himself & Dan- they took total care of me in about all of 5 minutes. Thanks guys for the convenient experience and for your friendly service. “I blew out two tires on my way to my daughter’s band concert about an hour before closing. There’s never a good time for that to happen, but for me it was definitely a “when it rains, it pours” kind of day.
Scott got me checked in quickly, helped me get four new tires, and had everything taken care of within minutes. Unfortunately, I had to leave my car behind so I could make it to the concert.
What really impressed me was that once the work was done, Scott and a coworker personally delivered my car to me in downtown Everett on their way home. Because of their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, I was able to be there to support my daughter.
