“These guys and the shop are absolutely incredible. Their prices are very fair, their work is amazing (I’ve never had an issue), and their timing is impeccable.
My dad and I have been going here for years and years, with several different cars. They’ve replaced the transmission in my Acura, they’ve replaced the AC in my Mustang, they’ve replaced the entire rear brake system on my Yukon and done much more for my dad and our other cars.
This is seriously the only shop I’d ever recommend or go to myself because of their top tier quality work, customer service, pricing, and honesty.
There is no bait and switch, if there is a service they don’t provide, they’ll direct you to the best shop they know of who provides that service.

“30 years customer. What strikes me most is that I can trust them completely with any diagnosis. Car service is like going to the doctor, you don't know what your 'clunk' means and you have to find someone that is trustworthy to fix it. QFA listens, diagnoses your problem (and remember that means they're spending labor time to find and repeat your weird explanation), they explain your options and you get to choose. Complaints about mechanics comes from you not planning maintenance, you picking the car that needs the maintenance, and you're upset that it costs that much money - or not trusting the mechanics diagnosis. We trust QFA. My only complaint is that they should name it Quality Auto because they fix more than just foreign vehicles.”

He carefully reviewed the quote, explained what was actually necessary, and identified several repairs that didn’t need to be done. He even took the time to show me the car from underneath and clearly explained what the actual problem was, which gave me a lot of confidence in his diagnosis.

“I was having some issues starting my car, every time I tried to turn my car on it looked like my dashboard was glitching out. I called and spoke with Farshad and he was able to get me in within the hour. He was extremely friendly and was immediately able to determine the root cause of my issue (my battery had gone bad). He replaced my battery and looked at a few other things that I asked him to take a peak at and was able to get everything done the same day! Farshad was completely transparent of the what the estimated price would be in the beginning, so there were no surprises once everything was completed. I would highly recommend Safety Auto Repair!”

“I have used this garage for a long while, and they never disappoint. They do things for the customer's vehicle that they would do for their own vehicle. In other words, good decisions are consistently made. I just had the heating and cooling system repaired in my Dakota, and it was done well, on time, and at a fair price.
I highly recommend this shop - Robert & Mark are the best.”
“Papa Bears Auto Center is my go-to one stop shop for oil changes and getting advice/ service on auto repairs. They replaced my breaks on my old car, was able to source the parts and delivered to the shop within the hour. They also give you a free car wash for their services. The staff here is kind, knowledgable, honest and quick!”
“It's a small shop. They call themselves Leon's now. I'm not sure what's going on what their name, but I went in for a 2008 Audi A3 air conditioning issue. They did the work for nominal pricing. Their labor rate is lower than other shops but it's still an expensive repair. They noted two other problems that are real problems and they provided an estimate. But they didn't force the work to be done. So for the next issue I think we'll go back and see what these guys estimate.”

“9-9-26 update I continue to be very satisfied with this store. Our long time manager Scott moved to another location but Tony is still here keeping an eye on everything and us. He saw our apt and came over to say Hi and find out why we were there. He remembers all the issues with all the vehicles we have had. Just like a medical Dr you like to have the same person with you when you come in for repairs. I value that consistency and personal touch. At reception the gal (forgot her name) at the desk listened to me and typed away and asked good questions. I hope the new manager Oscar keeps the good folks he has. Today visit was for a thud noose I was hearing from the tires. Phillip drove it couldn’t hear it so we went for a drive together. He spent time with me and he did feel what I was hearing. The diagnosis was not something they could take care of so there was no charge. I didn’t wait long at all with an apt. I found them thorough and efficient. And to not have a charge for their time was above and beyond what you get most other places. I will continue to come here and trust them.
