“I needed a last minute inspection of a car I was considering buying. Dan and his team were competent, efficient, and educated me about their findings. Their expert eyes revealed a couple of fixable repairs which I appreciated; I was able to negotiate a lower price because of their discoveries. Dan took his time explaining things to me and didn’t rush things. I’ll be returning for future car maintenance.”

“I’ve driven past Juanita Firs 76 hundreds of times. A while back had some car trouble and was told they were the best. ABSOLUTELY agree. Had a check engine light. They got me scheduled within a few days, I dropped it off for one day, diagnosed and fixed the problem same day. Just the other day my car battery died, they replaced it for me within an hour. Awesome. Found our new go-to mechanic. Honest and fair. FINALLY! THANK YOU!!”

“We all rely on our cars for so many things, and when your car is on the fritz, it's good to know Jay's Auto care is there. I had an alternator go out on my Toyota Highlander, Jay's got my car in right away, and down time was minimal. Highly recommend 👌.”

“My 2010 Honda Insight was slow to start and kept throwing ABS and Check Brake System warnings, and eventually it wouldn’t start at all without a jump. I’d had the 12V battery tested elsewhere and was told it was fine, so I was worried I was in for an expensive hybrid system repair. Ryan at The H Shop got to the bottom of it quickly. He tested it properly, found the 12V battery was actually the problem, and fixed it without trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was super helpful, explained everything clearly, and made the whole thing stress-free. The car starts normally again and the warning lights are gone. They clearly know Hondas, including the hybrids, and they’re honest and easy to work with. I’ll be bringing my car here from now on. Thanks, Ryan. Highly recommend!”

“I have trusted Omni Brake & Alignment for my vehicle's alignments multiple times. There are three key reasons I highly recommend them: their work is consistently high quality, their pricing is fair, and the owner, Craig Andersen, operates with absolute honesty. Unlike many repair shops today that constantly try to upsell unneeded services, Craig and his team only recommend what you actually need.”

“Contacted AutoMedics regarding a charging issue with our 2007 Mazda 3. Spoke with Jeff, who listened to my initial diagnostic attempts and gave me a very accurate estimate for the work needed to repair. Jeff was able to fit us in the very next morning, and the repair was completed within 3 hours. I highly recommend AutoMedics!! Thank you Jeff and Keith for providing an excellent auto repair center!!”

“Signature Independent has worked hard to earn my trust as a European auto repair center. With every interaction I can feel their honesty, and their estimates have consistently been almost half of the estimates made by my former repair center on the same repairs.”

“Time after time the guys here at Kirkland Autoworks knock it out of the park. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, fair, and quick while maintaining great quality. They keep consistent communication and service fees are always lower than any other place around here. Due to their honest and professional approach, I come here all the way from Sammamish and always recommend them to people looking for a shop in the greater Seattle area. My family has been coming here for various issues over the years. Ranging from some hybrid vehicle work to trucks and other cars. Even simple stuff like oil changes and rotations are very fairly priced and they work with what you want not what they think you want/ need.”

“Pete and Li are terrific. Pete did a 4-wheel alignment on my car, found a rear toe arm that was bent and told me to come back once the arm is replaced. He did adjust alignment so that I can still drive. The follow-up appointment went well and car drives and handles much better. Work was completed ahead of schedule with highest quality. Customer service is second to none. True professionals. Highly recommended!”

“Great experience with Crash Champions! As this was my first car accident, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the team kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and worked directly with my insurance. Roberto was especially helpful in answering all of my questions. Although parts delays extended the repair time, the quality of the repairs and paint job was well worth the wait. Thank you!!”

“My 2015 Audi A7’s passenger side catalytic converter flange blew off the exhaust manifold, I called and went to at least 5 different shops and none of them could re weld and put my cat back but George at Muffler King checked it out and fixed it within a day with no compromises. He was very easy to work with and he was very kind, I 100% recommend this shop if you need any welding or exhaust work done for a reasonable price and amazing service.”

“I've trusted Dorel with my vehicles for years and he has never once let me down. From my Mazda to my Tesla, he brings the same level of care, expertise, and attention to detail to every job no matter the make or complexity. His communication is excellent and he keeps you informed throughout the process and never leaves you guessing. His pricing is fair and his integrity is unmatched in an industry where that can really be hard to come by. I'll be honest, Dorel stays busy and he does book out, but that's a testament to how much his customers trust and value him. He is absolutely worth the wait. Once you experience the peace of mind that comes with knowing your vehicle is in truly capable and honest hands, you'll understand why his schedule fills up fast. If you're searching for a mechanic you can trust completely, someone who will treat your car, your time, and your wallet with respect, look no further. I can't recommend Dorel highly enough. He's the kind of mechanic you refer to everyone you care about and I'm genuinely grateful to have found him.”

“One of the few shops that will work on air cooled. It's not cheap to work on these cars, parts are hard to find and this shop knows what they are doing and fix it right. I take my 2000 eurovan and 1967 bug here for all repairs.”

“In July 2026, had them replace a starter on my Honda Accord, which required some labor just to access it. I appreciate they were flexible by allowing me to bring in my own replacement part. They responded to my online request for appt quickly, and I was able to bring the car in same day. They installed it efficiently with a reasonable labor charge. Turnover time was good. Happy with the service and the billing.”

“First company you should even call for any kind of service they offer. Happy to write a review for a HONEST, RELIABLE, and most importantly AFFORDABLE company!Just to give a little background and assure y'all I'm not a bot. My car broke down in Kirkland and they were able to tow me 4 hours south east into Oregon without charging a ridiculous amount. Friendly and professional as I broke down with my girlfriend. All I'm saying is give them a call, coming from a guy who works hard for his money”

“I had a fantastic sales meeting here with Mike A. Ask for him! I met with people from 5 dealerships looking for the right car. And while the right car didn't end up being from this dealer unfortunately, my meeting with Mike was by far the best one of all of those. He is professional, down to earth, straightforward, and I could clearly tell he was trying to do right by me. Thank you Mike!”

“Just picked up my new Kia EV6 from Lee Johnson Kia and couldn't be happier! Alfredo made the whole process quick and smooth, no hidden prices, no surprises. The pricing was transparent, the fees were fair, and there was a great promotion on top of it. Honestly the best car-buying experience I've had, way better than other dealerships in the Bellevue/Kirkland area. If you're shopping for a Kia, ask for Alfredo — highly recommend!”
