I’ve used them three times and have been extremely pleased (EGR cleaned and electrical short fixed which had impacted my back up camera, cab AC recharged, and now the rusty cab sill plate replaced with aluminum). Great mechanics, great people.”

“Honestly, I had a really stressful experience recently when one of my truck’s tires blew out and I couldn’t drive it to the shop. I was worried about how I was going to get it repaired, but a friend recommended Long’s Cat Care Center. I gave them a call, explained the situation, and they were really helpful. They replaced the tire and got my truck back on the road. The service was straightforward, friendly, and professional. I really appreciated how easy they made the whole situation. Definitely a good experience overall!”

“Rick(the owner) is a great guy. They are now my new repair shop, since my old mechanic closed up shop ( broke my poor little ❤️) My old mechanic knows Rick & he gave RPM his stamp of approval.I had purchased a used car from RPM back around 2012 & it owned it for about 5 years before I sold it. It ran great & was a reliable little car for a very fair price.They offer a wide array of repairs & are very knowledgeable. You will need to schedule an appointment as they are very busy. Their pricing is fair & I consider them to be a good value. I consider myself to be a picky customer in regards to my automotive repairs & I use them regularly.I have 2 cars - an 02 Monte Carlo SS with 110000 miles & an 07 Grand Prix GTP with 25000 miles so I have at least a couple visits a year for each car. Some are needed repairs or scheduled maintenance & some are for performance upgrades.I have been happy with all the work they have done for me.”
“Mistakenly took my 2023 GMC Yukon to a Jiffy Lube because we were in a hurry between our Daughter's volleyball matches. Jiffy Lube did not tighten the fuel filter or the oil drain all the way. We had close to a quart of oil leak onto our driveway so we were very worried.
Called Woodinville Import Auto Repair Monday morning and they said they could get it in on Tuesday. Brought it to them Monday around 3:30 pm to leave it with them and they immediately brought it in to check it out.
They confirmed our suspicion of the Jiffy Lube issue and did a new oil change and cleaned up all of the old oil that drained around the engine. A non-trustworthy shop could have made up a story and charged us a lot of money but it was only the $93 standard oil change price (synthetic).
They are very reasonable and such a breath of fresh air to work with.”

“German AutoHaus is the place to take your supercar! I would argue they are far more qualified to work on a supercar than anyone else. Connecting rods in cylinders 4 and 8 shot through the bottom of the block on my 720s. They took it in, did a full engine rebuild, and got it back to me in 4 weeks. We went with upgraded connecting rods and all to ensure this never happens again. The attention to detail is second to none. They took their time, did everything by the book, and were very responsive with my impatience while I waited. Dima did a full break in, dyno test, oil change before hand off, and include a 1000 mile post rebuild oil change as well (As all shops should, but most won't). During the break in process, I had a coolant hose pop off during a pull (a hose they didn't touch - not their fault). Dima heard about it through someone seeing me on the side of the road, reached out to me, I had my car towed there, and I was back on the road 3.5 hours from the moment I broke down (On a Saturday). True McLaren wizard. Dima is someone you can trust to do A+ work and will never spare your feelings to tell you the honest truth you need to hear. When he says everything is good, you can trust that, because he will 100% tell you when things aren't good ?. Thank you for your work in getting my baby back on the road!”

They provided a detailed report including pictures of all the issues that need to be addressed. I will be bringing my Porsche back to them for the recommended service.”
