“I had a check engine light come on my 2018 Sonata Hybrid. They got me in within two days, while the dealer said they couldn't get me in until December. They did a complete diagnostic and did an engine tune up "first in 168K miles". Got it done the same day and for about $200 less than I was quoted at other repair shops. Car runs like new. Tricky to get into to due to Woodinville traffic. Make sure you are going towards 522 on the Woodinville -Duvall road and make first right before Rail Road tracks.”

“Rick(the owner) is a great guy. They are now my new repair shop, since my old mechanic closed up shop ( broke my poor little ❤️) My old mechanic knows Rick & he gave RPM his stamp of approval.I had purchased a used car from RPM back around 2012 & it owned it for about 5 years before I sold it. It ran great & was a reliable little car for a very fair price.They offer a wide array of repairs & are very knowledgeable. You will need to schedule an appointment as they are very busy. Their pricing is fair & I consider them to be a good value. I consider myself to be a picky customer in regards to my automotive repairs & I use them regularly.I have 2 cars - an 02 Monte Carlo SS with 110000 miles & an 07 Grand Prix GTP with 25000 miles so I have at least a couple visits a year for each car. NuMark Automotive $1000.00. GM's design was why it took 8hr's labor to replace gasket. Done with GM done with GM repair work. Will not go any where else.”

“Almost a year ago I shredded my Mercedes drive shaft on the way into work and didn't believe I would make it to my usual shop in Kirkland. I pulled into German AutoHaus as I had previously taken cars here and it was closer to my office in Woodinville. Ilya helped me get the car in the garage, diagnosed the problem quickly and had a new drive shaft ordered for delivery within a day. Two days later I was able to drive away in what felt like a new car. Great shop, awesome service and quick turn around! “I finally found a reputable BMW service center. These people are very reasonable. They are, first and foremost, extremely friendly and courteous. Second, they take the time to fully explain the issue. Third, their pricing is almost very reasonable (when compared to other places like BMW dealers and other inexperienced roadside shops).Within a radius of x miles, they should provide ride service to and from the customer's home (if nothing else, they should use the customer's car). That is the only thing I would like to see them improve on.Finally, please do not lower your service quality because we are now leaving positive feedback:).
