“I welcome the opportunity to provide feedback on my recent visit to the BECU Bothell, Thrasher’s Corner Branch. My sister and I had occasion to visit the branch for assistance regarding an unauthorized, fraudulent purchase that showed up on her account. As her care giver, I also manage her finances and regularly monitor her account. We were most fortunate that Skyler Scott was the Member Consultant who assisted us. He has excellent customer service skills. He demonstrated active listening skills, asking pertinent, fact-finding questions to obtain all the necessary info to completely grasp and resolve the issue. He’s a great communicator, articulate, skillful at clearly explaining info so that it is easily understandable. He’s pleasant, patient, accommodating, caring and knowledgeable. We feel Skyler went above and beyond in the assistance he provided. Not only did he positively resolve the immediate issue that prompted the visit, he armed us with information to safeguard against any future attempts of scam victimization. Further, he assisted with issues I was having with managing on-line banking. I’m so appreciative. Clearly, Skyler is committed to excellence in the performance of his responsibilities; a real benefit to customers. He is a real asset as a BECU front line representative. I want to thank, and highly recommend Skyler in particular, and BECU in general.”
