“Been taking Henry’s Internal Cleanser on and off for years now. Great product to supplement fasting routines, etc. Three scoops and you REALLY feel it. I like to think of it as a tire clearing a culvert pipe chained to a tractor. YouTube a related video. You'll get an idea of what I mean. First order of business in the morning, out of three total scoops, I prefer mixing one scoop at a time with Cranberry Juice. Drinking it with water is intolerable. At least for me it is. Don't let it sit. Drink it immediately after mixing. Use one of those shakers. Drink lots of water after and don't be a couch potato. Walk around. When it comes time to relieve yourself, most likely the next day, there is LITTLE warning. Highly recommend.”

“As soon as I walked in this store, the guy and lady's demeanor changed and they became really nervous. However, the guy greeted me. This shop has a good selection on herbs and I plan to be back. I was looking for a herb they didn't have in stock but was told the owner or manager could order it. I settled for the alcohol mixture of the herb. While the guy helping me seemed friendly the interaction felt as if he was scared or nervous with me being there. Hopefully the interaction will be better next time.”

“I love PCC as a store, and this store is like the others, with well-sourced, quality products and helpful, friendly staff. This store is crowded and cramped, so be prepared for a somewhat unpleasant experience getting around in the store. It’s also smaller than other stores, so the product selection is not quite as good. If you live in the ‘hood, ok. If it’s a destination for a pleasant shopping experience, go to the Green Lake Village store instead.”

Just the same, it is a nice store having well-stocked shelves, but limited variety brands and products. I got a stong feeling they wanted me to buy store brands. Low sodium products were mostly absent. Local products were not featured. The store is on multiple bus routes including #8.”

“Sprouts being a national chain definitely has its own format. However, it is different than the other upper scale grocery stores in the greater Seattle area.It has its own competitively priced or brand. Employees are readily available and always helpful and the food is well laid out on the store floor.The two downsides are 1) the prices; which are a bit more expensive than some of its competitors, and 2) The parking is sometimes pretty bad due to its co-location with a large well attended workout facility.That being said, you'll always find something new and different at sprouts that you won't find at another grocery store in the vicinity”

She was patient with my indecisiveness and in the end, i was really happy with my order. I got the acai freeze with blueberry toppings and it was great! “Coming from Australia, this was a new grocery shopping experience. All quality products, a great variety and then just before the checkout a nice hot buffet, most enjoyable, right on lunchtime. Old fashioned two people at the checkout one scanning and the other packing. It seems Coles and Woolies just want to sell customers anything to make money with no service. I wish Amazon would bring their Whole Foods Market to Australia. The only downside is some items are more expensive as they are quality products and many are organic.”
