“When it comes to Safeway, we're talking pretty generic groceries. So, I'm typically rating and reviewing cleanliness and service. I haven't had any issues with cleanliness. Haven't even come across any spills sitting around. Nothing has stood out, and that's a pretty good place to be. As far as service goes, I've had some of the most pleasant interactions, especially lately. The Starbucks girls were so sweet and helpful and ran to the back to get me a cup. The hot food center offered me sauce with my chicken strips, which I had never been offered before from the several other locations I had been to, and the cashiers are always very friendly.”

“This store is have used for about 15 years. The one thing that really stands out for me is John. He is the manager. He is more involved than any store manager I have seen before. When management is involved, everything seems to be a better experience and John proves that every time I go.”
“We found this place close to home and it's wonderful! Seems family run and their menu is mostly dinner plates and not combos. The pupusas, sopes, and enchiladas are all great. They provide extra sauce as well! The service is very gentle and positive. Great find!”
“I want to specifically mention the team member Cynthia. I didn’t use to go to QFC in Bothell too often, but I am changing that because it is a joy to chat with Cynthia at checkout. She is very positive and always makes sure that the customers use their coupons and get the best deal for their buck.
I usually shop at Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods at the Totem lake plaza, but even their exceptional customer service lacks in comparison to the true care that a customer receives when checking out at QFC when Cynthia is at the register.”
“This Safeway is clean and nice. Also the deli lady was super nice to my child and I loved her interaction with kiddo. Didn't catch the ladies name but she was a small Asian lady and more than friendly to my 7yr old. Loved it!”

“So far the experience with the Safeway Pharmacy has been excellent. I'm picking up 2 sets of meds every month, and some of time the meds needs to be ordered just for me, and Safeway treated me fairly and with compassion (even as I get a lil scrambled). I proactively moved from my former pharmacy to this one, and so far absolutely amazing. I was with Bartell Drugs for almost 13 years. My experience there was initially very good and went severely downhill during the buy out by Rite Aid.
With *all* pharmacies being stretched to maximum capacity with understaffing, overworking, and underpaying I understand the strain. On top of this with all Rite-Aid's and Bartell Drugs closing soon - the influx of patients to other pharmacies has got to be overwhelming to say the least. But I give massive props to Safeway for accommodating my transfer. Not to mention their app works beautifully - and so far haven't run into any problems. I hope the staff understands how much this means to me and other patients. I know things will get busier as the Rite Aid's and Bartells all start closing completely, but I keep trying to be as proactive as I can to help minimize any problems. Thanks!”
“More of a corner store than a deli, but a good one at that. The prices are a little high but you pay for the convenience of it being smack dab in the middle of downtown Bothell. Haven’t run into the “trump guy” and it sounds like he’s gone. Every time I’ve gone in the guys at the checkout have been friendly and professional. Recommend if you’re looking for a place to stop in for cold drinks and a quick snack!”

“I have several prescriptions that I regularly fill for multiple family members, and have always dreaded going to the pharmacy until I switched to Bartell’s. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes, and my prescriptions are always ready on time or early. I didn’t know pharmacies even existed that made it quick and easy, but it has freed up SO much of my time to just be able to go in and pick up my meds without a hassle.”
“This is the only retail store I've been able to find that sells Old Spice Pure Sport after shave. Anywhere else that I can find Old Spice aftershave only carries the Classic scent, which I don't personally care for.”

“Visiting from Astoria OR and made a day trip up here because I'm GF did to allergies. This store has it all!!! I spent over $200 on food to take home with me Friday! I'm so happy, feeling like a kid in a candy shop”
