After reading the horror stories on attempting to purchase kitchen cabinets from the various home centers, we decided to keep it local and work through the Dunn Lumber cabinet desk in Bellevue. As an added benefit the cabinets offered are manufactured by Canyon Creek right up the road in Monroe, WA. The project couldn't have gone better. Provide accurate dimensions, have some idea of your design preferences and Randy S. will dial you into the Canyon Creek product line, with full 2D and 3D renderings. Quotes, design refinement, order placement, scheduling, delivery, etc. it all went smoothly. It is so nice it is to have these quality local businesses and a qualified/skilled person at the other end of the phone to work with!”

“I was quite impressed with the place. Initial impressions on walking in was that it reminded me of a hometown hardware store, not one of the big box places for tools. Some brand names that I didn't recognize but I had gone to shop for air compressors. I felt zero pressure from anyone at the desk on the first visit to get anything right away.I needed to do some additional research so came back for the purchase on a second visit. While they didn't have the specific model in stock I wanted, they were kind to field about a dozen questions about the lower-tier model and helped me save myself a hundred bucks. It seems they have a LOT more going on than what the storefront makes it appear. I'd recommend them as an alternative to one of the larger corporate stores if possible.”

We had some unusual nooks and crannies to deal with that a box store couldn't accommodate. Our Huntwood representative came several times to measure and make helpful suggestions for changed. I bought a place recently in Redmond and I was lucky to have Home Depot within a mile of my new place. I had to replace all the bathroom toilets and other kitchen appliances . Matt, a Home Depot outdoor loading associate, loaded my heavy home improvement toilet in an ex Uber that I ordered, and he did this with a smile and was very cordial and very enthusiastic about helping us.
Matt, was very professional, courteous and eager to help.

“It's Home Depot in Everett.You get everything you wod expect from a major big box home improvement chain. It seems that their inventory levels has been a little less than what they were in the past, but 3 out of 6 times I go in there they never have what I'm looking for.. But it's the closest store from my place so the convenience is more than the inventory.”

“If you're buying lumber: DON'T Park Infront of the store -- instead, park around back (south side of building) -- the lumber AND lumber carts are all over there.
Also, there is a cashier by that entrance, which makes the process of buying lumber super fast & streamlined.
Lumber associate was VERY helpful -- he helped me sort through plywood sheets (to find the least chipped panels) -- and made several cuts without needing any other info from me.

“I got a LG 3 in 1, 8000 bcu, portable air conditioner unit today. The employees not only helped me find where they were, but also helped me find the kind I was looking for! As far as the unit goes, I highly suggest it, it is currently cooling 650sq ft and only rated for half that!”
“If you go to this store you'd better bring breadcrumbs to find your way out because it's an absolute maze inside! Lol Huge store and enormous selections. We ended up getting help from an associate, but they were very friendly and completely knowledgeable about where everything was. Honestly, if this store doesn't have it, then you probably don't need it!”
