I walked in, waiting for 4 minutes and walked out. The guy at the counter was on his cell phone and didn't even acknowledge me. I was the only person in line. I have 23 years with key bank. I stop at this branch a couple times per year, when I am in the area. It used to be a great bank.

Tried to get something notarized, and because I don't have an account at keybank they wouldn't do it. A bank refusing service is POOR INCREDIBLY POOR SERVICE. I expected to pay for it and your refusing service to a paying customer !!!!!

Bankers glare at you and make you feel unwelcome during any kind of transaction. Teller was friendly enough but over service is terriblely slow. Look for another Key bank to go inside if you can!
