I was in need of a KeyBank atm over the weekend.
The only option for bill denominations for withdrawal at atm was $5 bills.
It was on a Sunday morning, so I assume it was just low. Inconvenient getting $100 in $ bills.

I walked in, waiting for 4 minutes and walked out. The guy at the counter was on his cell phone and didn't even acknowledge me. I was the only person in line. I have 23 years with key bank. I stop at this branch a couple times per year, when I am in the area. It used to be a great bank.

Tried to get something notarized, and because I don't have an account at keybank they wouldn't do it. A bank refusing service is POOR INCREDIBLY POOR SERVICE. I expected to pay for it and your refusing service to a paying customer !!!!!
